We purchased a very nice new car last year and while I'm not an expert on paint finishes I knew…read morethat while the car looked good there were some very fine scratches at delivery. Turns out when these cars cross the pond by ship they are subject to lots of debris. Even high end dealers don't always use the correct products when washing your car. In fact after researching car washing products I ran across several threads that said they tell their dealer to never wash their car! That said I debated on buying the electric buffer and products to just get those scratches and swirl marks out myself. But by the time you price it all out it comes to well over $350. So I set out to yelp searching for a good detailer. I admit when I saw the prices I was a little surprised. However Luis got such good reviews I decided it would be worth the cost. He spent over 5 hours and even had to try a different product that erased every scratch and swirl! When I saw our car when he was finished I literally got goosebumps.... I told him our car never looked like that... even brand new! I highly recommend you use Luis. He explained that the reason you have to pre-pay is because he had too many people canceling on him which cost him money in the end. He is so professional and comes to you to do the work. He is an expert and I won't hesitate to use him for even a basic detail. I'm sure I'll use him for any future paint correction jobs. The other super nice thing he did was give me product recommendations. While I thought I had good products and had been washing the car myself... turns out they weren't great and also caused the paint damage. Thank you Luis... I am very frugal and can tell you this was money well spent!

This review is way overdue! Got Detail made my car the cleanest it's ever been & I appreciate them…read moreso much! This was my first time ever getting a detail (lol my poor car...) and definitely won't be my last. My car had completed a cross country road trip the month before the team saw my car, and it was in rough shape. Gonna dig at my ex here, who the hell eats chips and licks their fingers, refuses a napkin and then puts their hands all over my steering wheel? Just one red flag of countless... Anyway, I feel so much better after Got Detail performed an exorcism on my car. I appreciate them so much. They were so kind, very thorough, and it was so convenient having them just pull up to my house. They took all day on my poor car because it was in really rough shape. They even got out all of the car and dog fur which is an impossible task. I should've taken before/after pictures, it was very drastic. They also wrapped inside of my engine to protect from rats!! Which I never knew about and was so sweet of them, I would've never known to ask and they just did it for me! They said you should do a detail every 6-12 months. It's not the cheapest so I'll probably do yearly. Totally worth the money though. This experience has made me a lot more vigilant of my car's condition, unfortunately I'm parked outside always and next to some gross pollen tree... so I'm gonna start going to the car wash more often. They gave me the tip to go to a touchless wash and ask for new rags. Really appreciate Got Detail and am very grateful for their tireless and spotless work!! Just as an anecdote, my battery died in the process of the detail (it was 5+ years old lol) so I went to AutoZone right after. The guys in AutoZone were agog at how nice my car looked, even the engine. They were asking me who did the detail and said it was flawless work. They noticed without me even mentioning, and these guys look at cars all day every day. So you know they know!
