First off, I wasn't told there was an extra $5 charge…read morejust to tan, on top of what I paid for the spray tan, second I was given a pre sunless exfoliating mit as if it was included in the spray tan but my receipt shows a $7 charge for it and third I could give myself a better spray tan with a CVS product, in the dark. My tan is extremely blotchy! Thank goodness I did a trial run before we leave for the beach in the few weeks! Hopefully some serious exfoliating will get rid of this disaster!

After a few sessions I started to notice the tanning bed was super dirty. They have towels in each rooms and spray bottles, but I was never told what those were for when purchasing my sessions for the first time. I asked the front staff what was the cleaning policy and the purpose for the towels. (I wasn't sure if I had to clean the bed myself after each use) She claimed to clean the beds after her shift but other staff didn't. (Yuck) I decided to switch to the stand up booth instead of the bed and I haven't had any issues since then. The staff is friendly. They also have spray tans which I haven't used.

Rather than trying to ease my frustration with waiting he was quick to refund me. When all I really wanted was a glow for winter and a reassurance that this wasn't going to happen again. He even acted like I was lying about how long I was waiting and said multiple times he would check the cameras. There is no other tanning places in the area so I guess I'm going to make pale happen in the meantime. It bothers me most that they rather refund me then acknowledge the problem. Since then, I have never restarted....yet $66.00 three seperate months all came out of my account, without my consent. That is almost $200.00...not to mention fraudulent. Contacted the owner, appreciate that its a small business and want to support it, especially now. The owner said he would look into it, I have never been refunded, contacted ...so several messages later...still no response. The level of professionalism needs much work. I am now contacting my bank , the first time I said I would try to resolve it , giving the benefit...now...not appreciating the lack of communication. I highly don't recommend this facility just for the shady business.
