For example, I brought my handicap mother in for a spray tan before my wedding this weekend and the manager denied my mom's reasonable request for assistance from her daughter to help her in the room to prep for her spray tan (put on lotions etc). I guess the silver lining is that we were refunded? Would have rather been treated with respect but not this time The manager on shift was rude and condescending. If you require any minor special requests, I recommend looking elsewhere.

She needed to cover my root growth, so that took some time, but what took the most time was the "full head highlights." It was worth it though because I am very happy with the color and cut. Go to Kay. She's great! Bottom line: Excellent color and amazing cut. Be prepared to be there for 3 and 1/2 hours if you need a color, a full head of highlights, and shampoo, conditioner, cut, blow dry and style.

Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!! After showering off the next morning, my tan is a perfect, natural-looking shade. Overall this was the best spray tan I have ever had in terms of convenience, color, and professionalism. I highly recommend this service.
