For example, I brought my handicap mother in for a spray tan before my wedding this weekend and the manager denied my mom's reasonable request for assistance from her daughter to help her in the room to prep for her spray tan (put on lotions etc). I guess the silver lining is that we were refunded? Would have rather been treated with respect but not this time The manager on shift was rude and condescending. If you require any minor special requests, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Go to Kay. She's great! Bottom line: Excellent color and amazing cut. Leaving the decor aside, I found the stylists to be extremely friendly. They listen to what your preferences are and make sure you leave happy. Prices are fair. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of at all. I do recommend you make an appointment because they have had to turn away walk-ins since they seem to be always booked.
