After a few sessions I started to notice the tanning bed was super dirty. They have towels in each rooms and spray bottles, but I was never told what those were for when purchasing my sessions for the first time. I asked the front staff what was the cleaning policy and the purpose for the towels. (I wasn't sure if I had to clean the bed myself after each use) She claimed to clean the beds after her shift but other staff didn't. (Yuck) I decided to switch to the stand up booth instead of the bed and I haven't had any issues since then. The staff is friendly. They also have spray tans which I haven't used.

I guess the silver lining is that we were refunded? Would have rather been treated with respect but not this time The manager on shift was rude and condescending. If you require any minor special requests, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I had to turn down several attempts to up-sell me on various items and processes - while I don't love that, I understand why people do it in places like this. What I didn't appreciate is the way everyone's attitude toward me changed when I declined to spend more money. No one even spoke to me after I left my session, and I lingered a bit by the counter to talk about my next session. They were all busy chatting with each other but no one even looked at me. I finally left and no one said anything as I was walking out. Don't put deals on Groupon if you're going to look down your noses at people who use them. I won't be back.

I got the one month package ( a bit pricey) than what I'm used to but the place was very clean and inside the tanning room it self was also very clean and had cute little products you can use before and after tanning. The tanning products are very reasonable with their prices. So if you ever in the Goshen area definitely check them out. I'm excited to see my results as I'm someone who don't get much outside time to go to a pool or beach do to work so this will definitely help. They are closed on Sundays but they are open Mon-Sat and their hours are pretty good. They have the stand up tanning ( which I don't like) but they also have the bed you can lay down in and just relax lol. So check them out if you in the area

I somehow always end up being the first person to review a tanning place even though I rarely tan…read more I come here only for the mystic spray tan so I can't say anything about the UV tanning booths. When my pale self first walked in here I was very afraid of getting spray tanned and be orange and all that jazz. So I came a few days before because I had questions to ask. The girl at the front (I wish i remembered her name) was very helpful and put my doubts away. The day of the tan, there was a different girl working and she was also very helpful and explained everything and recommended some tips on how to make the tan last. Now onto the tan itself, I recommended getting a spray tan from here to everyone now! It looks good, and you do NOT look orange (if you get the right color). I always get the light (the options are low, light, medium, and dark) and I have never looked orange or had streaks. It does look a little darker on the pores around your body but it's hardly noticeable. Within hours of getting it your body will have uneven spots, and streaks and you will want to cry and scrub it away. DON'T! Wait the 6 hours to shower, and all the unevenness will wash away. The next day you will have a nice glow to yourself and not be pale (which is what I'm always aiming for). I frequent them for any "big" occasion I have to attend as my pet peeve is looking pale in pictures.
