Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I attempted to return unused items that were still in the original bag with the receipt, exactly as purchased, and was told they were considered "unpackaged" and therefore not eligible for return. The products were never used and were in the same condition as when they left the store. The return policy contains so many restrictions and exceptions that it makes customers feel trapped rather than valued. This experience was a reminder of why many consumers choose larger retailers, where return policies are straightforward and customer-friendly. I wanted to continue supporting a local business, but this experience left me frustrated and unlikely to return.

I was easily able to submit my inquiry/request on their website and they responded to me within 24 hours! I had a few changes to make to my order and they were very accommodating. The employees that came out to the venues to set up the balloons wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. Both parties, I received so many compliments. The metallic options for the balloons are so pretty, I can't wait to use this vendor again!
