Hello. I have been going to this office for my daughter's teeth cleaning for years, shes 11 now. I now have a 2 yr old. One visit I had asked the office if I could get my 2 yr old in for a cleaning, they said no because they didn't take the insurance anymore. I said ok. well, whewn I rescheduled for my older daughter, I had asked again (this time was over the phone), the woman said as long as they are siblings they will make an exception to the rule. So I booked the appointment. That day when I came to the appointment, the receptionist said my 2 yr old couldn't be seen again due to insurance. I had explained what I was told on the phone, she told me she didn't know who I talked to but it was wrong. At this point im upset. Since I live closer now to their other location I cancelled the appointment with my older daughter and asked to be transferred to the other location, the receptionist said ok she will fax the papers over. I called the closer location, woman on the phone said shed be glad to take both children in even with the insurance they have.
Several days later I receive a letter in the mail from them indicating that My daughters are not allowed there anymore. I believe this is extremely unfair. read more
