They overcharge every set, once paid in cash and instead of asking if i wanted to tip just took all the cash and said have a good day. one time i didn't want them to rip off my grown out acrylics so i did it on my own at home and when i went in they judged and laughed at me telling me that's not okay, when they would've done the exact same thing. I have watched one of the workers clip their own nails and put it back in the drawer to use on the next customer. Terrible service

I mean, I was very relaxed from the facial, but mostly because I forgot I was slabbed out on a tiny cot. This one thing alone is the sole reason I can't give this spa a five star review.
