To make matters worse, the cashiers appeared to mock me while I was trying to explain the situation. Over time, I have noticed a significant decline in both the quality of service and the merchandise. The only sad thing about this place is, as per the salesclerk, they only carry petite sizes online and it's only for jeans as they were originally famous for their denim clothing. Hence, the minus a star. The good news is they do carry a few sweaters in sized XXS. Not many but there are some. What I love most is not only are the extremely helpful sales people but their clothes which speaks for themselves. They are well made with clean structured lines. I found many of their styles of clothes to be classics and to be treasure for years to come. Do I recommend this store? Oh Yes! From the moment you walk into Zatsarina, you're met with kindness and professionalism. The inside is sleek and showcases all of Gina's talents. For my personal tailoring, in terms of a unique situation, I needed sleeves from a jacket placed on a spaghetti strap dress. Then, I needed a bustle added to my dress, tulle taken out of the bottom layers, and a slit added. The fabric of my jacket sleeves were very delicate (covered in beads); and I needed someone who I could fully trust. She delivered. She even hand placed matching beads in spots that were naturally not as crowded, to match the rest of the jacket. Additionally, she hemmed the sleeves of the jacket, so they were perfect. For my bustle, I wanted something that did not create a large bump around my butt, and the way she made the bustle was perfect and almost invisible. (My train was LONG, when bustled, you could not tell there were 14 buttons to make this possible.) It was so easy to connect everything- she showed my MOH a video how to do so too and even encouraged her to record it, which was super helpful dua of. my sister (MOH) was able to do it within a few minutes. Gina's work is perfection. She met with me multiple times to make sure everything was perfect and even provided directions on how to steam the day off. Also, Gina makes custom wedding dresses! Most places wouldn't have been able to do that, but Zatsarina's really came through. My first fitting was on August 24th with a second scheduled for September 18th and finally a pickup for October 4th. Gina was so efficient and diligent explaining what needed to be done (take in the shoulder straps, hem, bustle, etc). My first visit was thorough and she explained everything perfectly. All of the alterations would come to $800 (as I had bought off the rack at another boutique). When I came in for my fitting everything was looking great and only a few minor tweaks needed to be made. All in all, a great experience. There was a bit of a hiccup at the end when it wasn't fully ready for my pickup and still needed to be steamed. They made it work and were able to finish it while I waited. I didn't entirely like dealing with her husband but Gina was EXCEPTIONAL. She suggested a video on how to bustle which was super helpful for later. As I mentioned, I had a difficult request with such a quick turnaround time, but I'm so grateful for how everything turned out and how Gina was willing to help and deliver such high quality service.

I was told that it depended on how bad the scratches were but the services would range from $25 to $70 The next day I visited Ski Barn and was told the scratches would need P-Tex and would be $75 to fill. It was annoying that it was more than I was told, but I was fine with this si ce I know I snowboarded on an area that was rocky last season. I picked my snowboard up a couple weeks later. It still had scratches. It was not worth their recommended service for the employees to not fill in the scratches. Would not recommend going to this Ski Barn.

There were plenty of spots on a Tuesday afternoon around 3pm. When you enter you go through these giant barn doors. The inside is a lot of fall decor with candles, bakeware, kitchen towels, all the cute home stuff that makes your house extra cozy for fall. They also have a little coffee area too but I had already gotten coffee earlier so I didn't order any. Although everything was super cute, it was also a bit pricey so I unfortunately only bought some lotion which was really moisturizing and smelled AMAZING. Something I really liked is that you could sample most of the lotions and sprays so although I didn't buy them, I could at least try them out. If you go through the back exit, you enter the farm portion with a little pumpkin patch, donkeys, and sheep! There were a few places for "photo ops" too. If you walk further there's actually a little garden/flower field which was really nice to walk around and take pictures. You couldn't pick any flowers at this time but maybe we could've earlier in the season in the summer. This was a cute little farm that I would come back to for another season to see how they change it up. Although some of the items were pricier I would come back to get something as a gift. I think there's a lot of nice stuff to give for a housewarming and it's good quality too.

This is the best boutique I have been to since moving out of New York City - I am a very discerning shopper - I know I can drive sales people crazy which is why used to bounce around from boutique to boutique - but not since my first experience at glow two years ago. I had heard great things about how friendly and helpful the staff was so I decided to check it out - it was right before Christmas I remember because The Grove ( the amazing outdoor complex that glow is located in) was packed - Visually, the outside of the boutique looks like it belongs on some chic New York street - very modern - So I walk in and amidst how busy they were, a sales person greeted me - when I told her I had not shopped here before and needed help looking for a dress she explained that they merchandise their dresses together- this was great because I could immediately see all of the dresses they had and they weren't dispersed amongst the sports wear that was merchandised along the perimeter of the store - this whole set-up was fascinating to me I loved it so easy to shop and not cluttered - So the sales girl asked me if I wanted to browse myself or wanted help (love that! I hate when I either get ignored or when salespeople jump on me to make a sale). So I tried on a lot of dresses that day I remember (in their super chic tented dressing rooms - I felt like I was in South Beach) some were dresses I chose and others were ones she suggested I try - I ended up with one of the ones she suggested - which I was surprised by how easily she fit my body - I'm a tough sell - I don't work out and have kids so I'm an 8 but not perfectly proportioned - Anyway, I was so impressed with the staff so real and not pretentious at all - the store was really busy when I was there but I and everyone else I noticed received one on one attention - the atmosphere was great - they truly have the best collections around - my two favs: Phillip Lim and Alexander Wang - when I was just there last week I snatched up a pair of Phillip Lim sunglasses which are amazing - I haven't been able to find those anywhere else- not even in the city - they really have great collections and I asked the sales girl to call me when things came in she thought I might like and she does - she knows what I like and what works for my body type - I recommend glow to any woman looking for a true boutique experience which is definitely hard to find these days! read more

For the past two years this has been my go-to store for fabulous dresses when I need to get dressed for occasions. At first the pricey designer labels kept me from actually stepping in the door but then I said, what the heck and strolled in with my two little ones seated in their double stroller. I thought with the kids and huge stroller they'd ask me to leave but they went above and beyond to be helpful - - and I immediately fell in love with the salespeople and the store. I am a stay at home mom who runs a consulting business from home and has very limited time to shop -- additionally, I work because I need the paycheck so I was happy to find that at this store there are options at various price points for everyone and they do run sales. I have been lucky enough to find several items ridiculously marked down during their sidewalk sale and have also saved up for a couple of "splurge" items I'll probably hold onto until I die. I have been particularly impressed with how well they run through their selection based on the criteria I give them - event, price point and size and always find me an option I'm pleased to buy. 80% of the time I walk out with a purchase that I'm extremely happy with -- the other 20% I was browsing - - fantasizing on the day I'll splurge on an Alexander Wang confection ;-). Which most likely won't be in this lifetime, but maybe my next. While I'm trying on a salesperson is always on hand to zip and offer advise on fit; on several trips one of the co-owners has whipped out childrens books and read to my little ones to keep them from getting to antsy; if it's not books she's keeping them engaged in conversation - - it's all really sweet and makes shopping SO much easier for me. Additionally - they're always on hand to help you accessorize what you buy there. Several times I've gone back with the dress and what I thought I'd pair it with - shoes/handbags - - their eye for detail is just exceptional. If you're looking for really personalized service, great attention to detail and advice on what would work best for your figure you have to stop in and see what they have to offer. I love Glow! I go The Grove quite a bit, but I have to admit I admired Glow from walking by but was always intimidated to go in because I felt it was out of my price range and the staff would be snobby as usually is the case with designer boutiques. I STAND CORRECTED HAPPILY! I went in for the first time this past week and am so upset with myself for taking this long to go in because I have been missing out. The staff is super friendly - very helpful and they have the most beautiful clothes. They offerred to help me and although I was just looking around I didn't feel pressured to try anything on. I told them it was my first time in so they gave me a bit of an introduction to everything and much to my surprise there was a great range of prices. I ended up trying on a couple of things and after choosing between two different tops I bought the greatest shirt from Elizabeth and James. I really love it and after wearing it for the first time yesterday I got so many compliments from my friends and husband. I am really happy with my purchase and my entire experience. I couldn't decide between the two tops and the sales woman helped me decide on the one she thought flattered my figure more - so honest because she could have tried to sell me both, but she was right, the top I bought looked great and everyone love it! I live in New York and work at a publication so I am constantly in need of amazing clothes that I don't see one everyone in my office. I am amazed every time I shop at Glow, the quality and selection of designers and pieces that they have. They are always evolving what they carry (everytime I shop there I always see great new pieces and designer) but seem to always have their main group of designers each season like 3.1 Phillip Lim who is my absolute favorite! Every time I wear pieces from Glow at work my co-workers always ask where I got it from because glow orders different pieces from what the department stores have so even though I might be wearing 3.1 Phillip Lim it isn't one of his pieces that everyone has seen all over the place - I love it! Their selection is impeccable and the staff are so helpful - and not just to me. I hear them talking to other customers when I am there and they really love what they do and love to help others - one time I heard them recommend another store to someone because they didn't have what the person wanted - that was impressive. After a chaotic season of holiday shopping for everyone under the sun and hosting this and that, I decided to have a little "me" time this past weekend and popped into Glow which I had not been able to get back to in the recent months. Unlike some other stores that I was in during the holiday season, Glow did not look like a post-holiday warehouse sale. There wasn't an overwhelming volume of merchandise drastically reduced because it didn't sell or merchandise that I had even seen the last time I was in which was very refreshing. I am always so surprised to see that they constantly get new things in and seem to sell them at a pretty quick pace. The store looked amazing and much to my shoe-aholic whimsy, their selection of shoes and boots are to die for. I picked up a pair of sexy python wedges for my vacation this month along with some great vaca-friendly clothing pieces as well. Here's a common problem I see; people will only go out of their way to harp on the negatives and seldom do people go out of their way to promote the positives. Glow is a fantastic place, and I am personally telling all my girlfriends who also shop at the store and love the girls as dearly as I do to come here and let all you "Yelpers" get a true sense of Glow. Beautiful clothing, beautiful shoes, beautiful store. These girls will spend hours with you, working with you, even if you wind up taking zero pieces. To all of the return haters out there, from one lawyer to another, read what you sign please! It is clearly stated in multiple places throughout the store what their return policy is; including the receipt you go home with. Oh, and by the way, if you are hiding from the paparazzi, beware the security cameras and those people jumping through windows; and be sure to do what the sign says... Smile! I shopped here a few times when they were at their old Bay Ave location, but at the time it just…read morewasn't my style. I came to their new location for the first time today as I received a gift card for Christmas. I wanted to buy everything! The owner was there and she was so attentive to my needs, while also giving me space to browse and the option to try things on. It's a boutique so the items are a little pricier, but they are high end and of great quality. I purchased a sweater, some beautiful jewelry from a "pop up shop", and a denim jacket. I feel like it's important to support small businesses; I'll definitely be back and recommend this little store to my friends and family!

I asked the manager to order them for me, expecting a follow up on cost, delivery date, etc. instead I received the run around where he wasn't available to take a call or return one and was finally told that they were ordered and coming in shortly. I then received a call that the items I wanted were being discontinued and I could browse other items they received instead. A quick call to the manufacturer dispelled this as a lie- the pants were regular stock items and available in the size/style/color that I wanted. Seriously folks?!?

And surprisingly I walked out with a wedding outfit (tule skirt and fun floral crop top) and an amazing dress. We walked in for post cards and left with a bunch of stuff we love... soft, comfy, reasonably priced!! The Owner & staff were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely come back!

What's struck me every time is the lack of customer service in terms of basic acknowledgement of you entering and leaving, and of assistance in any way. My most recent experience in entering, there were 2 females, one I assumed to be the owner since she looked more mature. Zero acknowledgement. As I was leaving, the younger didn't bother to look up from her phone until I said bye first, then she muttered something. I truly don't know how this place has survived, they're just so plainly rude.
