Needed help with sizing a wetsuit and the owner was more than helpful in assisting me. I had came from another surf shop locally where i was not assisted and was stuck trying on different brands and sizes for over 2 hours. I was in and out of billabong with a perfect sized wetsuit in 20 minutes. Owner was very knowledgeable and made sure i got what i came for and that was a properly fitting wetsuit. Staff was very friendly and i will definitely go back to billabong. I'd also like to mention how the owner did not try to sell me on the most expensive and bank breaking suit. I really love billabongs clothes but the staff makes you so uncomfortable- specifically the older woman and older man (owner). He is just straight up rude. They watch you as if you are going to steal and give you an attitude if you try on things and don't end up buying them. I would buy so much more if I felt comfortable enough to try it on! With such a strict return policy I don't feel comfortable purchasing to try on at home. It seems like the store must not be doing well if they are harassing their customers like this. read more

BUYER BEWARE! I visited this location with my fiancé on July 9th. We were taking a trip later in the week and a swim suit she ordered had not delivered yet so we came here to buy a back up swim suit. When we arrived we spoke with a salesperson and explained that we needed a back up swim suit as one we ordered hadn't arrived yet and if it does arrive we would return this one. We were told not a problem as long as the tags are on and it's unworn we'll take it back. Okay great we found a bikini she liked even though it was way out of our price range ($187). When we get the the register my fiancé reiterates that this bikini might not get worn if the other one comes and we would return it. The girl at the register reply was "don't worry as long as it's within 7 days and the tags/liners are on we'll give you a full refund. My fiancé replied "okay so we'll get our money back? The cashier replied "yes". Fast forward 5 days later her other bikini arrived and we return to the store to bring the bikini we purchased back. Tags on, liner on ,it was never even taken out of the bag. When we get to the store we are told swim suit returns are for store credit only even if it's unworn. We'll that was a shock to us as we were there just 5 days earlier and specifically asked if we'd get our money back. We ask to speak with manager which we were told she is the manager. We explain our entire first visit and what we were told etc. She tells us that her employees would never say that and we got our money back in store credit and there's nothing she can do. We explained to her that we were told twice that we would get our money back and that an employee did tell us this. She just kept saying her employees would never say that and that we did get our money back.. in store credit. I understand her having trust in her staff but you should also take ownership when one makes a mistake. I explained to her mistakes happen and we weren't the ones who made it and she basically told me to leave. It's not like we were trying to return a worn item months later we returned a brand new item days after purchasing still in the bag that they can put directly back on the shelf. The staff is very nice and helpful but I was told I had 30 days to return my purchase when its really 10 days for money back and 30 days for store credit. That is a huge difference and when I asked about the policy because I was buying a gift for someone I was told I had 30 days to return my item. Funny how she didn't mention that its a 10 day return policy for money back! read more

Amazing local Clothing Store & Surf Shop! Truly has all your needs! I am a fairly regular customer @ Billabong and everytime I go in I am treated as if I am family and their best customer by everyone in there. I have 3 boys and sometimes finding different things for them is hard....they are great at making suggestions and helping me find what works! And they are always very current and up to date with their styles! They are all extremely helpful and definitely always make the extra effort to get me what I need, even if they have to order me in a size or something they are out of! By far the easiest and most enjoyable place to shop for my entire family!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Never have your surfboard repaired here. I brought my board in to have the tail repaired. I was quoted $50, and was told it would take 2 weeks. A month later, I pick up the board and am told the repair cost $120 because "the professional repair man saw other dings" that in his opinion needed to be fixed. It is not his decision what needs to be fixed or not, it is my board and I paid to have the tail repaired, not the tip, the back and the side. The repair took double the time, and cost more than twice as much as the quote. Please, don't bring your board here to be repaired. read more

The staff there definitely help tried to get the best fit for my son, he's husky and billabong isn't made for bigger kids. But when I tried to return items after Christmas bought for Christmas I was told there was a 7 day return policy and only store credit now. Clearly by the vacation board they have in the store, they know how many people go away for the holidays, and even still they would not do a refund, only in store credit. Been shopping here for many years, spend a lot of money. He has a corner on the market because theres no other billabong around, but this should be precisely the reason why he works with his regular customers and not have a 7 day return policy-who really would be able to go back within 7 days over the holidays? The manager would not budge, did not care that we are regulars..not how a local store should treat their paying regulars. read more

Wife bought an xmas present on dec.17. Tried to return on 12/27 but would only provide store credit because beyond 7 days although she was told x-mas purchases were ok to return...as with all other stores. Also represented a small speaker that mounts onto jet ski or paddle board as a pool speaker which it is clearly not. Feel bad for wife since they scammed her. Could have made all ok if able to return. read more
