They're clearly in-demand, so be courteous and expect to book well in advance. I had a lot of nerves going into it but Vince and the rest of the staff were very supportive and excited for me. He was kind and talked me through the whole set-up process. We finalized artwork details together, deliberated about final placement until we were both happy, and I never felt rushed to make decisions. He was very patient with me and that helped to calm whatever nerves I had left. The inking process went much quicker than I anticipated, but even so he checked in on me periodically to make sure I was okay, was kind enough to share his process and the educational path to becoming a tattoo artist, and the conversation was easy. Aftercare instructions were simple and well explained. The entire space is comfortable, the music was eclectic and fun, and their bathroom is top-notch clean! I'm so happy with the artwork and the entire experience. Feedback from friends has been overwhelmingly positive: vibrant, crisp, excellent line work. She said she would contact me when she moved to the area so we could get it scheduled. This was supposed to be the in beginning of July and I never heard a word after the phone consultation in May. Made me realize I'm just another number to this business and they don't care.

I was so pleased with Peninsula Family Dentistry recently when I had to have a crown put back on…read more I'm up here for the summer and I'm going home in a week and just wanted to have it put back on until I get home. I called the Negaunee office and they were able to get me in that morning. Andrew Ekdahl was the dentist who took care of me. He was so very conscientious about getting the crown to fit right. They offered to do ex-rays, but I told them I haven't had any problems, and I will be home in 2 weeks and have a dentist appointment coming up, so I'd just rather have it put back on.
