The customer service was like what you'd expect at a fine dining establishment. The restaurant was busy at 1:30 pm on a holiday Monday, but was never loud and never felt crowded. She was a lifesaver since I had some people with me in which walking far distances isn't as accessible. Once we are all on the venue, we were focused on setting up decorations. Jenna came in super strong with lifting hay bales and everything for our western themed party. While setting up, Denise gave me a quick run down of what's being served; their menu catered to everyone from meat eaters, picky eaters, and vegetarians. The venue itself is beautiful to walk in to breathe in natural air, see horses, and play a variety of games from ping pong, basketball, horse shoe, or bean bag toss, and they even offer face painting for the kids and adults too. Their bathrooms are impeccably clean and well managed. Their team did so well in serving the guests of the event! Shoutout to Nancy for being so nice and extra welcoming to the guests when serving them food. Despite the warmth, the event was a success because of the great staff and team at Coyote Ranch.
