Gaby evaluated my skin, gave me professional advice on how to best care for it, and provided helpful feedback on my skincare regimen. I also really appreciate how thorough she was with the cleaning. My skin was actually glowing coming out of the session lol. Highly recommend coming here if you're looking to get a facial!!

I've had extreme pain under my arms and my Brazilian area. While I won't take a picture of my Brazilian area I'll attach my under arms. My lady who waxed me was sooo funny and a good conversationalist. It's only the reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I even tipped her 20$ because she was so funny. But long story short definitely not worth the pain I've had to endure the last 3 days (and got knows how many more) , barley able to move/sleep right bc the pain in these areas. I'd just say be cautious.

This business will never get a 2nd chance with me. I booked an appointment through Classpass for…read moreSat, June 7 at 10am, 2 days in advance. I got a text a little while later saying that they can't do that time and offered me 2pm instead. First problem - if 10am was available on your calendar then it should have been available in reality, so your online calendar system needs to be fixed. I responded to the message and confirmed that 2pm was okay, but did not receive a response, so I had to text again the following day and ask them to confirm. I'm leery about date changes and prefer to have communication in writing from the business in case of discrepancies. They finally responded on Friday that 2pm was confirmed for the following day. I show up on time and the lady is looking at me confused telling me that I don't have an appointment. I'm pissed and don't say a word, I just pull up the text messages and show her. She proceeds to tell me that the texts were for Friday and then I have to read them to her to show where Saturday was specifically indicated. The fault was on their side 1000%, however I was offered zero apology and no alternative. She just shrugged her shoulders and said that the room was busy. I drove 30 minutes to get here, and now I have to drive 30 minutes back home. This is the type of unprofessional disregard for potential customers that causes people to fuss and cause a scene. When people do stuff like this there should be financial compensation for wasted time and gas, and I'm not talking about a discount on a future service because I will never return.

I really feel like if you show the technicians a picture or explain what you want then they are able to create the lash look that you are looking for. During COVID they were very safe and conscientious with everyone wearing masks, and with only one person in each room. I still stand by my recommendation for them many years ago, and still highly recommend this place.

Wow what a way to give your face an early Christmas present!…read more I received a facial here by Jenny, and it was magical. She dedicated an entire two hours to me (I received the full "Vitamin D" package as a gift from a friend) to fully pamper the daylights out of my face. She massaged my face with some delicate and soothing oils, opened up my pores, plucked out all the nastiness, and sent me home with the most moisturized face ever. Not only did she treat my face, she gave me a really relaxing shoulder massage. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience here. I would definitely recommend this place for your face! Albeit a pricey treat (not too sure how it fairs compared to other places), you get what you pay for.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I've been coming here for years for laser hair…read moreremoval because I'm naturally a very hairy person and require multiple sessions to see and maintain results. Over the years, I've had appointments canceled several times because the laser machine wasn't working, which was frustrating but something I tried to be understanding about. What has truly upset me is what has happened recently. I paid a $400 deposit in advance for my next laser session because the office is always quick to remind patients about making payments. However, for almost a month now, I've been calling repeatedly and have been unable to reach anyone. No one has answered my calls, returned my voicemails, or provided any updates. I even drove to the office during business hours, only to find the building closed. I'm not someone who likes leaving negative reviews because I understand every business faces challenges. But the complete lack of communication after taking a customer's money is incredibly unprofessional. At the very least, patients deserve an update about what's going on and when they can expect to be contacted or refunded if necessary. I sincerely hope someone reaches out to resolve this, because this is not the level of service I expected after being a loyal customer for years.
