Laura is amazing! I am finally loving my face. She takes the time to explain every procedure in detail! Her take home products are great as well! The face wash does wonders that my previous face wash was not doing. It melts the makeup off and you're left with a fresh and clean face. She pays attention to your skin and doesn't just generalize all skin types to one single procedure. She actually wants you to have great and healthy skin! My wife learned about Laura Dermsolutions from one of her friends. When she told me about it initially I was very skeptical (as usual). But I agreed to go with her to initial consultation appointment. Laura made us feel comfortable and educated us on how the different layers of skin work and then walked us through her treatment options. Admittedly, even though Laura was very nice and professional, I was still skeptical that it would even produce the results my wife was looking for. Mind you she was beautiful to begin with and I felt like she didn't need it in the first place. She is now half way through her treatment sessions and she is VERY happy with the results. I am so happy I had found this place and it's only a few minutes away from home! I have suffered from acne ever since puberty hit. I'm in my late 20s now and I'm very self conscious of my skin because from all the acne scars, pitted ones. I hate being in the sun, because I'm scared people are looking at all my imperfections. I was looking for a professional skin treatment for my 14 year-old son. His skin needed to be treated for acne. I had seen Laura's facebook posts from other friends and family, and decided to make an appointment for him. She was very caring and walked him thru each phase. Love this place, the staff is super friendly and makes you feel real comfortable. Love their office decor! lol I've been going for 2 months now and can see the results, my skin had massive build up all over my chin. Horrible! And now when I wash my face I don't feel bumps, only one here and there. Can't wait until my skin is fully cleared! I've been a customer for about 6 months and have not been disappointed! Laura and staff are extremely detail oriented and have a genuine interest in providing facial treatments that best suit your skin type. Laura always completes a spot test on my face to determine which treatment I should receive rather than just recommending the most intense treatment available right off the bat. I especially appreciate this since my skin is on the fair side. I came to see Laura after getting off birth control and having some awful breakouts. I have acne-prone skin and pretty bad scarring from a lifetime of acne. I have tried many ways to clear my skin throughout the years (everything short of Accutane and lasers) but none have given me the results Laura has been able to. I no longer wear heavy MAC makeup to cover up my acne/scarring and can now walk out in public without any foundation on. It has been a long and sometimes uncomfortable process (bc of the face peeling) but it has been worth it for me. I have had 8 treatments of the microdermabrasion + chemical peel so far in combination with applying the corrector at home. The process has taken time, especially because Laura's trying to undo scarring resulting from probably 20+ years of acne, but I can really see significant improvement in amount of acne and scarring I have. I break out way less now and when I do get a zit or two, the corrector helps it go away quickly. With clearer skin now, we've been focusing more on eliminating my scarring. The results really speak for themselves. Throughout the treatment process, Laura has not only been patient with all my questions and skepticism (I've tried everything before w/o results so it's hard to get your hopes up again), but she really listens to my concerns and is very very informative and thorough with the treatments. I've really appreciated how she's customized the treatments to my specific needs and has gone out of her way to help accommodate my crazy work schedule. It all started when my face started to breakout tremendously until to the point where pimples are coming out from part of my face where it never did. Laura has been accomodating, friendly, and very professional. I honestly didn't know what i should expect during my first appointment with her, i was so nervous but she definitely made me very comfortable, asked me what i wanted to happen for my skin, etc. Laura really cares about what her clients wants and right off the bat she already knows what is going on with your skin. Throughout the process, she has been very knowledgeable, considerate, thorough, and very detailed. Even if i am not done with my sessions yet, i am already very satisfied with the result from each previous sessions. I don't have to wear anymore make up to cover my acnes/pimples. As i keep telling Laura, i am always looking forward to all of my future appointments with her. Lastly, glow dermsolutions products are incredible. At first, i thought of it as very expensive. But when i tried the cleanser, oh boy, i just got done with my first session and my face was never been so soft as before. I love love the mosturizer (i'm in love with the scent and how it feels on my skin). I also have the spf which is extraordinary. I have never seen and never had a sun protection that never made my face heavy, oily and not leaving white stuff. I was skeptical at first because I've had various facials before and I didn't see much difference. I have post acne scars, sun spots and few blemishes here and there throughout my teens and 20s. However, after seeing my friend get her second treatment I became more curious. I decided to give it a try. Upon arriving, the office is beautiful, professional and clean. Laura and her colleague were very patience and answered all my questions. I started with the microdermabrasion treatment. It took about an hour and Laura was very gentle on my skin. I didn't really see anything different after my appointment. BUT once I got home I started noticing my skin was smoother. What was even better was the next day! This place is always full but their team is always super accommodating and attentive to my booking requests and questions. The cost is normal to what you expect to pay for the expertise and results of a medical spa, it is so worth it!!! What good is makeup and fancy clothes if you don't first have great healthy skin??! I found Glow DermSolutions through yelp and decided to schedule an appointment and give it a try. This place is beautiful, very clean and modern. Service was awesome!!! Every single person was nice and welcoming. All my questions were answered and they were very accommodating. With my hectic schedule and working 6-7 days a week, sometimes it's really hard to commit to a time, and they were able to work with my availabilities. Appointment reminders are sent through texts and emails, which is so convenient for me. Every appointment I went to, they tell me what's going on and what they're about to do next so I know what to expect. I was worried about the chemical peel and microdermabrasion hurting at first. But it wasn't bad at all. We started out with what I'm comfortable with and increase the time slowly. I fall asleep at most of my sessions.
