I went for a consultation back in October of last year and finally decided to take the plunge this year and go for it. I got 30 units for my forehead lines and my 11s. It was quick, practically painless, and after a few days I'm seeing the results I wanted! I couldn't be happier! The staff at the front were very kind which I can definitely appreciate. Shelly was AMAZING! She was so personable and her confidence calmed any residual nerves I had. The ONLY downside is that I had a headache for the rest of the day, but I know that can be a side effect so it honestly didn't affect my experience. Overall, I'll definitely be back for another visit in the near future!

I've been seeing Melissa for almost two years, she's a saint of a human, making you feel as if you're best friends while keeping her professionalism. She takes time to truly listen to your goals, wants and needs and plans the treatment accordingly. I've always only had Botox, which turns out phenomenal every single time. My last appointment we really had fun doing Botox, Skinvive around my mouth & Voluma. First let me say I am a whimp in her chair no matter how often I go I'm always nervous, Melissa has patience to stop when needed making sure you're comfortable the entire process and keeps the conversation light and airy to ease my nerves. Second I went in planning to do a different treatment, once I expressed my concerns we discussed other options and changed the plan. She said to me "can you trust me and explained why she decided on another plan." My response "ABSOLUTELY". I trust she knows me and the level of expectation based on our conversations. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, Melissa and the entire experience. Thank you for being so wonderful!

I also do not prefer to talk about COVID or politics when getting massages. Though I scheduled a Swedish back massage, more time was spent "cleansing my inner chaos", leaving about 10mins to massage the top of my back. 1/5 My experience at…read moreEuropean Wax Center was disappointing. Hannah tried to make the waxing as comfortable as possible, but it was still one of the more painful waxing experiences I've had. My bigger issue was with the business practices. I was sold on a package during my appointment and was quoted one price (around $156), but by the time I got to the front desk the amount had increased to $192. The pricing structure was confusing and never felt transparent. The constant focus on packages, memberships, products, and "savings" made me feel like I was being sold to rather than simply paying for a service. I later received another charge on my credit card weeks after canceling my future appointment because of the payment structure attached to the package. While the company pointed to terms on its website, I do not feel the ongoing automatic charges were honestly and clearly disclosed when the package was sold to me in person. Good customer service is not about pointing customers to fine print after the fact. It is about being honest, upfront, and transparent before the sale is made. Customers should clearly understand what they are paying, what future charges will occur, and how the billing works before agreeing to anything. I have no issue paying for services. My issue is confusing pricing, constant upselling, and a business model that did not feel customer friendly. Had everything been explained honestly and clearly from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was left feeling misled about the true cost and billing structure.
