Quality, Value I…read morehave been trying for 2 days to think of ways to describe how amazing Kerrie is. I am a chunky girl (ha! I made a funny) old chunky girl. I was nervous, anxious, shy, all of it. Kerrie immediately put me at ease. She has such a caring manner. I never felt self conscious! I may have gone in feeling apprehensive but I left feeling amazing. My legs are so soft! Kerrie is very meticulous in her waxing. I have no stubble spots. NONE! My eyebrows look fabulous! I can't stress this enough! Kerrie is THE WAXING QUEEN! Reasonabley priced. She doesn't rush you. She's patient, thorough. She does a meticulous job. If ya can't tell, I am extremely pleased with my appointment. I WILL be returning.

The big problem with the Sandpoint Clinic is the wait time to get an appointment because they are so busy, and they don't have enough people. I had to wait a month for the first appointment, during which time my condition got much worse. I had to wait two months for a follow up appointment. However, They did squeeze me in for an appointment before that, and that appointment was very helpful. I feel optimistic about solving my condition for the first time in almost a year.

I had to wait 4 months to get into see Benjamin Ringger MD. When I did finally get in he was very…read moredismissive and rude about my concerns and asked me personal questions that had nothing to do with the procedure I was wanting information about. He had no empathy, no warmth and the only thing good about the appointment was that now I know who not to go to for any skin issues! If you're reading this Ben do not ever ask personal questions to a perspective client that are none of your business and zero to do with a procedure. I had to give a single star to post but suffice to say the actual rating is -0

I never knew this spa was here until I was looking for a place I could tan when my previous 24 hr…read moretanning place went out of business. I ended up finding this one based off recommendations on an online forum and I am so glad I did because they have this amazing hybrid tanning bed that tans you at the same time as delivering red light therapy. It has lots of fans on it so it keeps you pretty cool during it and not overheating. The bed is nice and clean and the room is private. The bed can go up to 12 minutes and I never feel burned. I even allow the face tanner which I didn't before since this one has different intensity levels and again, is offering red light on your face. You can book your sessions online or in person, I've done both. It's $140/month for unlimited tans and they're open 6 days a week I think, from around 9:30-5pm. I always try to get in first thing to keep it easy. So far everything has been seamless to do and they will text you deals as well. I'm excited to try other things here but for now I really enjoy this.

The place is easy to find right amidst the downtown strip of businesses. Parking can be sparse close by during peak tourist season. Inside, decor is unremarkable but undistracting. Everyone was pleasant and not overly fake nice. My stylist, (her name unfortunately escapes me as this is the first time we've met, I'll update later) was great. She gave me tips and seemed genuinely interested in my responses to her questions about myself. Much like the healthcare industry, they have too adopted the streamline distribution of duties/tasks in order to maximize volume. You will most likely have 2 different people helping with your style when clients are overlapped. As with everything else increasing, I feel a $60 charge for taking a couple inches off and a few wisps of long layers around the face and a blow dry is a bit exorbitant but these are the times we live in now. All in all, I was happy with the results and my experience and greatful for their willingness to accommodate me on short notice. I'd return again!
