The physical services (EMP, salt room, massage therapy) that I've tried have been incredible, and the membership/value program they have is a great savings. I was dragging, constantly exhausted, and seemed like I was sick with some gunk every other week. We try to eat healthy and I knew I was short on sleep with 4 kids, but I needed some kind of help. I went to see Laura for a consultation. It was SO wonderful to have someone validating all my symptoms, and listening so intently to all my issues! She said it sounded like my adrenals were shot, and recommended a tincture and a tea blend to steep overnight. Within a few days, I felt like an entirely new woman! I couldn't believe what a huge difference it made! I am so grateful to Laura and her team, they are a godsend. Now I call them whenever I have a random trouble, internal or external, with myself or my family members. They are always more than happy to offer advice and remedies, and their remedies are high quality and shockingly affordable. I highly recommend them!

They allowed dogs and were very friendly and also had very pleasant outside seating right on the marina. My husband ordered a Cobb salad and added turkey and I got the soup (lemon chicken orzo) and side salad and we got two Americanos. The food was pretty good. Tasted fresh but we were very disappointed in the portion sizes. My husband's $18 salad was so tiny and it came with two rolled up slices of deli turkey and I dont even know how much the add on was for turkey. My salad was tiny as well as a tiny tea cup of soup. Total was $48 for very small portions. I wouldn't recommend for that reason alone but worth the 4 star rating if you are looking for good food that is light and refreshing that you don't mind paying extra for though.
