The rooms are really clean and bright the en-suites are of a reasonable size. The breakfasts are legendary! The location of this guest house makes it an ideal place for getting to the beach (a short walk away) or the town centre, probably 10 - 15 minute walk. My only complaint - the popularity of this hidden gem is making it difficult to get a room there these days! If in Weymouth and looking for a high quality guest house at a reasonable price - the Harlequin is a must try.

Sigh! I decided to go for this cute B&B, as it seemed more modern than most the others in the area and near the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by it. Coming it seems a bit odd as the lounge has a massive American fridge in it, but the room was very comfortable and seems newly decorated. It was a single, but had a double bed in it and the window was going out to the back. It was also offering complementary lotions and washing gel. I love that. Gives me a feeling of being in a Hotel, not just a B&B. The owner was very friendly and gave me many tips where to go and what to see. I although was grateful that he didn't mentioned my screaming sunburn after I came back from my long walk on the first day. Believe me ... it was unmissable. The whole stay was really nice and I returned to London much more relaxed, even with the sunburn.
