Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down. I have to say this place was a first, mostly because she used a butter knife to spread the wax.... This is a metal knife, in hot wax, then applied to my tender skin, so needless to say it didn't feel wonderful, and it totally grossed me out.
