He never stated to me it was a special order and nowhere on my receipt or signage in the store stated that. He gave me the run around for 3 days and then stated the product was in amazingly and that I could pick it up. He also stated that he would not install it anymore if I decided to come and get it. When finnish I went to pick up and paid for the work. When inspecting the car I found the headliner in worse condition than when I brought it to them and the sun roof area was not done and very dirty all around it. The clowns lied and said they did not have enough of the correct fabric so they covered it a different shade and texture fabric. They said the dents would settle out of the headliner, blamed all the flirty fingerprints on me, and said they would order the correct fabric and redue it. I wanted a week and dissent hear from them so I drove over. Got out of the car, told them I was very unhappy with the quality of there work and the other clown came out of the shop and handed me my money back and proceeded to ramble on about how he knew I was going to be trouble and there is no way to please me. They are very rude, dirty, unskilled assholes and I'm really sorry I gave them a chance. I uploaded a dozen photos so take a look at there crappy work.
