Tyrone just finished our driveway/walkways and I had no idea they could look this white and clean! Sadly pictures do not do his work justice, our neighbors tree casts a large shadow on our images, but the difference is staggering in person. There were water stains on our 15 year old driveway that I thought were something I'd just have to embrace with an older home. However, Tyrone made our driveway and walkways look like new...maybe better since I don't remember them ever being this white. Truly a hard and thoughtful worker, I highly recommend him! He kept us informed all along the process, telling us exactly when he was going to arrive and being punctual (something I never experienced on a job we didn't need to be home for, but greatly appreciated). Meanwhile, his attention to detail will be hard to find with any other company, our curbs at the street even sparkle! Thank you Tyrone, we love your work and greatly appreciate you!

When I reached out to him to make it right, he called me "completely unreasonable" for expecting him to redo the job. Apparently expecting a service to last even half as long as promised is too much. After I told him I planned to leave a Yelp review detailing his poor customer service, he suddenly offered to come out and wash the porch, claiming the fading was just pollen buildup. I agreed to let him try - against my better judgment. Mark canceled the first appointment due to "equipment issue". Then he canceled the second time because it was raining, even though the rain has stopped well before the 1:30 pm appointment and my porch is 90% covered. Finally, instead of following through he canceled altogether saying he just "didn't want to work with me". The reality is he didn't want to stand by his work. Unprofessional, unreliable and dismissive. Save yourself the headache and find someone who takes pride in what they do. If I could, I would give him 0 stars.

They were on time, and able to service me the same week I inquired about their service. I had been waiting over a month for other gutter cleaning service providers who kept saying due to weather conditions they were back up. I finally gave up on them and contacted Amigos. The next day they checked to see if I needed anything further. For two young men, they had great customer service. They texted me as they worked because I was not home when they were doing the work. They gave me updates on when they would arrive and as they completed the work. Afterward, I explained that there were some missing paint areas. They came out the next day to fix the areas missed. They are learning so as long as you are patient and explain anything missed they will make it right. I plan to use them for all my household projects. They were honest and good workers. They did an amazing job for a great price. I will add pictures later. Thank you Amigos.

Plus, they ate my last banana! Nerve! See photo. 11/1/21Unfortunately, I have given this company three tries and as they say in baseball, three strikes and you're out. Each visit things were overlooked. For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked. My black sweater shows the dust remaining on my refrigerator etc.
