I cannot even begin to tell you how reassuring it was to see photos and videos of Moose playing and romping around in Golden Gate park and Alia's amazing backyard. Because of those regular updates we were able to really focus on our trip and let go of that worry. MOST importantly though.. we cannot say thank you to Alia enough. Moose is an 80+lb monster and we hadn't been the greatest at training him as much as we would have liked. He pulled, his recall was bad, and he lunged happily at new dogs a lot. NONE OF THAT EXISTS anymore. He stays when he's told, he doesn't pull, and he comes when called almost immediately. We were flabbergasted on our morning walk with him after coming home. Just wow. Alia, thank you thank you thank you thank you. You've not only given us peace of mind but you've given us a happier and more well behaved puppy. We're eternally grateful and so thankful for you.

We spent a lot of time and energy training her, and were very nervous to leave her in anyone else's care, but Alia and the rest of her team quickly put us at ease. Alia worked with us to understand and improve upon Kona's training, and she continues to lend us her professional expertise as Kona grows. Alia and her team are responsible, calm, and incredibly good at what they do. I know that they genuinely care about my dog, and she absolutely adores them. Plus, Alia works hard to go the extra mile for her clients. She maintains a very active instagram where we (and all of my friends and family across the country) go to check on Kona's day, she always sends updates and pics whenever we leave Kona for an overnight, and she truly takes the time to get to know us and our dog. After witnessing how well she takes care of Kona, my parents and my brother both hired her for their own pups, and now all the family dogs get to hang out a couple times a week at SF Doggers daycare. Alia is seriously a part of our family, and we would be lost without her.

From the very beginning, the process was incredibly smooth. Reaching out through their website and coordinating the booking for a non-hosted event was so easy, and the communication was clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The space itself was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for to celebrate with close friends and family. Everything came together seamlessly, which made the day even more special and stress-free. I catered food and brought my own decor and it was an easy set up and takedown. I'm so grateful to the team at Top Dog SF for helping make this meaningful celebration possible. I would 100% book here again. Thank you so much!

As brand-new dog parents, we had no idea where to start, and Mike not only trained Donut every day, but also coached us on how to reinforce training at-home. The daily training videos they sent were incredibly helpful and made it easy to repeat everything on our own. Donut is now more confident, relaxed, and well-mannered - we're honestly so impressed and so proud of how far he's come. And the best part? He LOVES going to school. He happily trots through the door every day, which tells us everything we need to know about how well he's cared for. The whole staff has been nothing short of amazing: so patient, kind, and truly invested in every dog. Donut was especially loved by Mike, Michelle, and Raina, and we're so grateful for each of them. Natalie, the owner, is also an absolute pleasure to work with and runs a fantastic program. Yes, this program is an investment, but it is worth every penny! We could not recommend Top Dog SF more. If you're on the fence, do it. Your dog (and you!) will be better for it.

After daily trips out with Brendan, the pooch began to develop better manners and eventually started following some basic commands from people. If you knew this guy, you'd know that was massive development! A few years later, I adopted an amazingly energetic boy named Dexter. Dex was already well behaved but has boundless energy that really needed an outlet while we are away at work. Since my roommate had such great luck with Brendan, I decided to give him a call. Its been two years since we started working with Brendan and I couldn't be happier! Brendan has a key to our house and takes Dex out several times a week to go on doggie excursions and knock out some of that energy. Every day when we get home, we can tell Dex has enjoyed a solid workout. What's better is that Brendan is happy to board Dex at his home anytime we have to leave town. We often joke that Dex would prefer to live with Brendan, as he is always thrilled to see him. Sometimes he boards him for a night, other times it can be weeks. No matter how long we're gone, we know he's in good hands and he is always happy to accommodate our schedules to ensure Dex is taken care of. I have two high energy pit mixes whose leash reactivity had gotten worse in the past half year, and it had reached a point where it was unmanageable because they would start barking and lunging at other dogs even from a healthy distance. I met with a few trainers to get a sense of their methods and styles, and Ceslie felt like the best match because of how she took the extra time to know my dogs and understand their behavior before recommending a plan, compared to others who jumped into training without asking many questions. There was a noticeable difference in how my dogs responded to Ceslie after their first class. She was thoughtful in customizing a plan that fit their needs, from teaching proper corrections to reinforcing obedience to providing the right equipment. She also taught me how to be a better handler (something often overlooked in training!), and it's truly strengthened my relationship with my pups. We had weekly sessions over the course of a month and there has been significant improvement in my dogs' behavior. Walks are stress-free and enjoyable again because we're able to bypass other dogs without issues, their door etiquette has improved, and we're now slowly working on their separation anxiety (slow and steady process but we're making progress!). Ceslie has been incredibly supportive and responsive through it all and I'm very grateful for her guidance with what I thought was a hopeless situation. When I hand over Rusty to be walked, I am not only getting excellent exercise and socialization for him - I am getting peace of mind that he will be safe and well taken care of as part of a pack that is both respectful to the community and has FUN. What sets K9 Rockstars apart is professionalism and reliability. Every change in schedule is communicated well in advance. Pickup happens at the same time every week, like clockwork. I always feel comfortable communicating any changes or concerns on my end, and know that if anything unusual happens on the walk (has not actually happened as of yet) I will hear about it. During the walk, the dogs run, play with ball, and get HOMEMADE TREATS like chicken+cheese. Rusty always comes home happy and excited, which quickly descends into tiredness since he's been so well run. The walks give me space to work on projects, clean my house, and other stuff where balancing focus with the dog often makes things a little more difficult.
