I have been getting monthly facials and peels from Magda for years, and she is lovely and professional. So why did the office manager, Susan, call me today on my cell phone to insult me, lie about me and make me wonder whether I should stop being a patient? I never met Susan, but she called me, and said I was rude and a liar, gossiping with patients, and insulting her to other doctors there, as well as to her supervisor. She even said I was calling children there ugly (?!) I am frankly appalled that someone so unprofessional and vile is allowed to work in a professional doctor's office. Perhaps this was connected to last December, when I was told I had to wait two months for my next appointment, which was not good for me. In that case, Susan's supervisor took care of the issue, and it was handled fine. My family is considering whether to go back at all, and I would not recommend this office to anyone, given the outrageous and unprofessional behavior of the office manager. Di D.

Well that turned out horribly. First off they sat my sister down with someone who does gel when she asked for acrylic. First red flag. Then they started cutting her nails shorter when she told them to stop cutting them she didn't want them short they just kept going. Then the acrylic person came over and got it all over her skin which if you know anything about acrylic is bad because if you repeatedly get it on your skin you can develop and allergic reaction to it and you can't get acrylic done ever again. It was so janky that they painted it pink. You don't do that with acrylic my sister was like ok just stop this isn't what I want I'm leaving. Not only did they charge her 39 dollars for a horrible job they tried to charge her more for color even though the color they used was to fix their mistakes. She wanted a French tip and instead she came out crying because of how badly they treated her. They were rude and my father had to call just so they would take off the color charge. Instead of a fun experience and be excited for prom my little sister is so sad. I went back in to ask for my money back and I was nice but stern. They said no we don't do refunds and he tried to straight up lie to me about what happened and he was rude to me too. To the people who were getting their nails done in there who didn't stand up for her shame on you for watching and judging. How would you feel if that happened to you. To the people who work there where do you get off on being horrible to other people and not even being kind. You not only lost her business but my mother who comes in every two weeks. I was a little hesitant about microblading my eyevrows, it is tattooing your face after all but I…read moream so happy with the results! It was so worth it! Jessica is friendly and professional. Her home office is clean and welcoming. She explained in detail what she would be doing and then drew lines on my eyebrows to show how they would look. While the procedure is not pain free, it's not that bad. The first session ended after 2 hours or so, which included the consultation and prep. I left with much better eyebrows than I came with! However, the next da and for a few days after, my eyebrows were very dark and I was worried that I would have Groucho Marx eyebrows. I called Jessica the next day and she was very reassuring and said this was normal as the pigment goes darker before settling into the actual color. After a week, I loved them! And I still had another touchup in 6 weeks to complete any areas that needed it. My second visit was just as great as the first; the procedure and outcome the same. But this time I knew what to expect! And now? I LOVE MY EYEBROWS! They had become thin and sparse over the years and I was sick of having to fill them in with makeup. Now I don't have to!
