Although Evelyn was on the phone she took the time out to great me and acknowledge my presence. Amanda jumped in to help check me in. A+ for team work and great customer. While filling out the forms Dr. McGinley walked into the office and gave me a friendly smile. I was called in at a timely fashion. Although the consultation was free, I was given the attention of a paying customer. I felt seen and heard. Dr. McGinley listened to all my concerns. I also consulted with Amanda Stassa, LPN and between both of them I was given many options and the right course of medical treatment. Start small and end big. I left there feeling positive and confident that I will achieve the results that I'm looking for. Thank you Amanda for your undivided attention and laughs. It felt more like a family atmosphere then a physicians office. I highly recommend Blu Aesthetics.

Both from years of stubborn blemishes. The next day I already saw immediate results and the more days the better. The outcome was honestly better than I expected/ seen. Day 1 I saw my face have a natural glow. And since then my skin has been super soft and all together I feel like I have brand new skin. My back for the first time is an even tone! And is soft as well. That is always the hardest for me to see results with the countless of treatments I have done. Coming from someone who has been to many facial places in NYC.. By far the results are the best I have received. The process was painless compared to other microdermabrasions and very little down time. Their esthetician was so patient, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I absolutely recommend!!!

Long-time Patient, So why is the Office Manager calling me to insult me?…read more My whole family have been patients at Crystal Run Dermatology for years, and in general the staff and doctors have been wonderful. I have been getting monthly facials and peels from Magda for years, and she is lovely and professional. So why did the office manager, Susan, call me today on my cell phone to insult me, lie about me and make me wonder whether I should stop being a patient? I never met Susan, but she called me, and said I was rude and a liar, gossiping with patients, and insulting her to other doctors there, as well as to her supervisor. She even said I was calling children there ugly (?!) I am frankly appalled that someone so unprofessional and vile is allowed to work in a professional doctor's office. Perhaps this was connected to last December, when I was told I had to wait two months for my next appointment, which was not good for me. In that case, Susan's supervisor took care of the issue, and it was handled fine. My family is considering whether to go back at all, and I would not recommend this office to anyone, given the outrageous and unprofessional behavior of the office manager. Di D.

He was very concerned about using too aggressive of an approach and wanted to most gentle, non pharmaceutical option. Carrie St. Amand discussed all of the causes of acne and gave him a variety of treatment approaches and lifestyle modifications. He now has a much clearer complexion AND a clearer understanding of the contributing factors to his skin issue. We are both so pleased with this practice and their approach. I would recommend them to anyone in need of expert advise. They are certainly worth the wait. If we wanted to see Dr. Bowden or Weitzner, the wait would have been longer. I have seen both and for this instance, decided to see Carrie. I would highly recommend them all!
