There were kids playing on a 50 foot bridge and she didn't even care enough to listen to the details. She kept asking me to repeat myself. I finally had to hang up because she didn't give a flip about her own community. She refused to assist when 10 children were playing in a bridge and the underpass. please...get a new department captain and please replace your dispatcher!!!
