In His Hands is simply the best home contractor we've ever worked with. Honesty, integrity,…read moreaccountability, dependability all come to mind when I think of In His Hands. We asked them to install a brand new product, Brava composite roofing, that they'd never worked with before. Jonathan spent a lot of extra time on the phone with the Brava technical team making sure that his installation was beyond reproach. They dedicated their best crew of installers to our project (start to finish) to make sure it was done perfectly. Daniel and Jonathan worked on the roof themselves and were often on site to make sure it was perfect. Vicente and his crew were always polite, neat and respectful. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of our experience. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have always been very pleased with the service I have received on my carpet cleaning. The tile in…read moremy kitchen and dining room were looking quite grungy with the grout being dirty. I, at one point, attempted to clean with a toothbrush peroxide and baking soda but soon discovered this would take probably three months. I called Brad and received a response the next business day, and he was able to get me in that same week. I can't tell you how pleased I am with how clean the grout looks now. The pictures are the proof of which I speak. The first two photos are before and the last two are after and I'm almost embarrassed to publish them but I do not keep a dirty house.

I seldom give 5 stars, but Catoosa Handyman (Chris) was excellent…read more The tape and plaster was falling from the ceiling in the garage. I sent Chris an email and requested a quote. He came the next day and took measurements and said he would get back with me. He sent the quote for two types of repair. I took the cheaper of the two and it looks awesome. Chris was on time Thursday, quickly started work and finished late that afternoon. The garage looks great and I have had lots of compliments on how well it looks. I will be using Catoosa Handyman for future projects that I am saving to have completed. It is rare to find a handyman that is on time and very particular with his work. You will find that in Chris.

From my initial in-person conversation with Jack to telephone conversations with Angie to the heat…read morepump installation today by Rhett and Chris, I've been impressed with their knowledge, courtesy, ability to clearly communicate, and efficient functional installation. Jack quoted me four brands of heat pump, advised their credit agreement, and impressed me with his knowledge. (I spent 5 years helping my former husband with HVAC, including some technical training, so while much has modernized, the basics remain the same.) Rhett called to advise me they were on their way, and the removal of my old, poorly functioning, heat pump and installation of the new one were done quickly and obviously well since my home is again at a temp of 72 degrees in spite of outside temp of 37 degrees. When Rhett first started the system, the temp rose 6 degrees in about 15 minutes. I'm very grateful, because I struggled with an indoor temp between 60 and 66 during our coldest outdoor temps and power bills between $225 and $600, amounts far higher than ever in my entire life. Thank you, Air Heat.

I received estimates from three GAF Master Elite contractors and made sure I was comparing apples…read moreto apples in terms of the roofing system and warranty. I felt Raymond presented himself as a genuine, honest person from our first meeting, and throughout the project he proved to be exactly that. He answered my questions without any pressure, respected that I had already done my research, and made the entire process straightforward and comfortable. The installation went smoothly, and Bradley, who led the crew, was professional and great to work with throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent, and what stood out most was that Raymond and his team genuinely cared that we were completely happy with the finished product. They followed up, paid attention to the details, and made sure we were fully satisfied before considering the job complete. In today's world, it's becoming harder to find contractors who combine quality workmanship, professionalism, fair pricing, and genuine customer service. Raymond's Roofing LLC delivered on all of those. If you're looking for a roofing contractor who is honest, stands behind their work, and does exactly what they say they'll do, I would definitely recommend them.

I am very pleased with every step of the process. I found high quality products at very affordable…read moreprices. We planned to order carpet online from a wholesaler to get more affordable prices than a local box store could offer. I explored many different companies websites and I like Hank's Carpet's website the best. I appreciated the fact that the website listed carpet quality specifications and data (like face weight) for each product. I could get a sense of the quality before ordering a sample. Samples are free, easy to order, and were delivered pretty quickly. Samples were a standard size, perhaps 6x6 inches. I ended up working with Hank himself and appreciated his concise and to the point manner. It was easy and efficient to place an order over the phone. Because we weren't local and were looking to save some money on shipping we opted to pick up the carpet roll and pad from a shipping terminal. Hank's Carpet ships all across the country. I hadn't done anything like that before so Hank explained the process and provided me with the shipping company's contact information in case I had more questions the day of pickup. It all went smoothly. I had a question about the product after delivery and Hank promptly investigated the question and got back to me with a detailed response. It was nice to feel like a valued customer. He did not brush off my question. I appreciated the clarification and am very satisfied with both the carpet pad and carpet itself. Thank you to Hank and all the staff at Hank's Carpet!

They was going to leave the job unfinished if a friend of mine hadn't stepped in and told them that they couldn't leave it like that for another week since my mom would had to stay at the local motel during that time which she couldn't have done. I had to pick up after them when they left the first night where they left scraps and thier trash in the house. They did move the furniture back in the house.
