Seeing the overwhelmingly positive reviews alongside our own experience left us with questions about how representative the overall ratings are. Of course, everyone's experience is different, and this review reflects ours. I recommend documenting the property's condition carefully and getting all move-out inspection and cleaning expectations in writing.

Last year I bought a property from the bank, in which Debbie F was the Realtor representing this bank. I am a woman and when I saw her profile I saw her WBEMC and it made me feel more comfortable; however the property purchase did not go well. The main problem here and the existence of this review is, when I contact Debbie about a water leak that I had while purchasing the property, she did not follow the proper procedure costing me thousands of dollars to fix the water damage in the walls. What I was really disappointed at, was the way she handle the 2nd water leak that happened because the bank did not fix properly. I contact her several times and she only gave me the run around from the banks number to the "guy" not a company but and individual who fixed the broken pipe. I was so impressed with Craig and Jesse from the start. The initial call was SO organized, thorough, and personal. Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GreenHouse Group has a well-designed platform to track the home buying process--making it easy to see deadlines and to-dos. We worked with Craig for our Kick-Off Tour. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. It was super fun when Jesse and Lori were already at the house when we arrived to pick up our keys--what a thoughtful surprise! To top it off, they came with a whole container of new home goodies and essentials for us to use while we settled in (and even had some for our dog!) I was interested in selling a family member's condo who was moved into assisted living, and had not maintained the property; the family wanted to sell the condo as is, since we were not in the position to put in the time or money required to sell at the market rate. Obviously, making informed decisions is the most important part of selling a home. The condo needed to be sold in a short period of time, and Rick suggested listing it as an investment property to best meet our needs. Rick had previously helped sell a home in a very similar situation, and I trusted his guidance. Rick went above and beyond, to ensure the property was listed with the best possible description and photos. Before listing the condo, Rick suggested cleaning out the clutter and garbage that was left in the condo to get the best offer possible. When there were concerns about how the property looked inside, Rick offered to remove trash to improve the showing- who does that?  But this just speaks to his commitment to making sure we were well taken care of. He listed the condo, and had two offers immediately; he discussed the pros and cons of each offer with me, and I took Rick's suggestion, leading to a straightforward cash sale, and quick close of escrow. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence he would get the job done - and he did! First meeting to close of escrow in 3 weeks! I have bought and sold properties before, and I can honestly say that Rick was ALWAYS available for me to answer questions, and ensure agents were able to tour the condo. Rick made me feel at ease with the whole process, and demonstrated empathy and compassion for the challenging situation I was dealing with. Rick's responsiveness was incredible. If he didn't pick up, he always called back no longer than 5 minutes later, or if I texted him a question, he would often respond in 2 minutes or less. Seriously. I was selling the condo as is, and time was of the essence; Rick understood the current market, and understood the price needed. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really cared about our family, and needs in a difficult situation - I felt like he looked out for me and had my best interests in mind. I truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it. It's easy to push paper and get the signatures, but Rick is really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. But as you can see, based on the above, Rick went above and beyond (as I'm positive he does with all of his clients) and truly made me feel like I had a partner throughout.
