I've been to a lot of different insurance companies being a newer driver for the past 6 years. By far every single one has always had very rude employees. It's rare when you find such a nice genuine person you get to talk to and make business with, but the man with the gorgeous full beard really kept me interested in leaving with a deal. I believe the young mans name was Henry. Every step that was taken he kept me up to date with why it was changing and how my record was affecting it all. He went through different companies until I was content with the coverage I was receiving for my money. I ended up deciding with Mapfre, shook his hand with a smile and went off. I really enjoyed the environment of this place and the way that everyone got along with employees and customers. I was tired of GEICO for raising my premiums every 6 months with no valid reasons, my premiums were outrageous, I went online to get quotes and received a lot of calls back, most were the same as I was paying or higher, then I got a call from Omar Rojas, I explained my issue to him, this poor guy spent atleast an hour on the phone with me, a few calls back and forth, he searched and went above and beyond to find me the best rate with the same coverage I currently had, he ended up saving me 180 dollars for 6 months, that's so wonderful, plus the best news is after 6 months , as long as I got no tickets or accidents the rate would go down,. Alberto is a life saver! I got charged by my old insurance an extra $300 without any notice & was left in shock when they said that was going to be my monthly payment from now on. Therefore I needed to cancel my old insurance fast! A friend then referred me to Alberto which helped me out immensely!
