Sam is amazing! Over a weekend I messaged him asking him to do a quote for me for auto insurance, as my current plan got super expensive due to a recent accident. I expected him to get back to me on Monday. To my surprise, he got back to me immediately, and worked hard to get me a quote that's lower than my current plan. Unfortunately he wasn't able to find me a much lower rate, but only a comparable rate. Most agents would have still tried to get me to buy with them (I spoke with a couple agents before him who tried really hard to get me to buy sub standard plans with them for only a couple dollars cheaper than I was currently paying with a big company), but Sam is so honest that he told me I'm better off staying where I was. He ended up giving me some advice about how to lower my current plan, and that ended up saving me $40 a month!!!!!! I really have never worked with such an honest and selfless guy such as Sam before. I had to update my review because to my surprise my insurance is actually now down to $121/mo, which is $108 less per month! Even better than we had originally thought! A little over two years ago, I got into a minor accident and had my insurance rate spike up. Luckily, it was on my parent's policy so the rate wasn't horrible. Dealt with Jack and Bo at Frontlight. They're like a one two punch knockout team. Jack will spend the time on the phone that you need to go through options and understand coverages. He'll also talk to you about you wifey troubles if that's what you want. Point is, the guy is there for you. He will pick up the phone and he will spend the time with you. Insurance is complicated. Not for Frontlight. I hesitated to use them, but so happy I did. I had expensive car insurance with Progressive. I didn't have the time to call around and compare rates, plus I really didn't know what coverage I was truly getting.
