Consumers are much more educated than 17 or even 10 years ago, companies should use that to their benefit rather than a threat. Needless to say I don't have experience with their actual service post the contract signing. Ashley was great to work with, Starla not so much. Way too defensive to be customer facing.

I called back to let her know I actually needed more and/or ask for a recommendation to a different service if they weren't the right fit and she cut me off again saying something I couldn't hear and hung up on me again. Considering the level of service they advertise, this was a bit shocking... with that being said, I can't recall being treated this poorly by any level of service provider. I don't write reviews often... and if I do it's to call out great service... this was just so bad I wanted to warn others.

In addition, since Becker staffing was not paying hazard pay I definitely was not putting my life or the safety of my loved ones at risk. I explained to her that if she wanted me to take on Covid positive assignments , she would have to compensate me for hazard pay and make me aware of Covid positive assignments so I could quarantine accordingly. At first, she respected my wishes and sent me to a hospital in Allentown. One day she randomly pulled me from this assignment and sent me to a facility in wyncote. When I arrived there, there was a patient with all symptoms of Covid. The facility denied he had Covid and didn't quarantine him. A week later , I spoke to another nurse who was a regular at that facility and worked for Becker staffing who told me that the patient did test positive for Covid and the facility and Becker staffing were aware of this. This nurse cancelled all shifts at the facility upon discovering the Covid positive status and demanded hazard pay. Renee then pulled me to cover this nurses shift knowing they had Covid positive patients and didn't pay me hazard pay. She also lied to me and told me the facility was Covid free. This was the last straw for me among many other issues. They are not a good company. They are unethical, they cancel shifts last minute and refuse to pay cancellation fees, they had me driving 60 miles one way/120 miles round trip to facilities without paying me mileage . I wish I had quit way sooner than I did. Total waste of my time. They cancel a lot and often at the last minute without cancellation compensation. Renee thought she duped me but she failed to realize that nurses talk and I found out that she knowingly sent me to Covid positive facility against my wishes. She's lucky I didn't take further action against her agency.

They are either looking for people with personalities that can be bulldozed and lied to about everything and don't stand up for themselves, or people with no memory or attention to detail. Why would anyone want to work with such dishonesty or blatant discrimination? I believe that I was offered less because I was unemployed at the time. When considered for the opportunity, I learned that the opportunity was actually a recruiting job for a healthcare client in Philly on Old York Road. The client actually wound up being Einstein Healthcare Network, which I was very ecstatic to hear about. I was very eager to jump aboard with the opportunity. Long story short, my position wasn't just in Philly. I was first told Philly, and then later told I'd be going to Montco here and there for work, once a week. They also tried to start me before the actual background check came back...this could have costed me two jobs instead of just one. They sold me into believing this was indefinite, when in fact I was only there for three months. Save yourself the time and energy, and don't waste it on Dubin. Get a direct hire position.
