I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. I would absolutely recommend Canopy Roofing and Luis to anyone looking for a roofer. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and personal care.

I had some issues with my soffits that came up during a routine annual insurance inspection, and Luis came out right away. When he came out, he told me that all that was needed was repositioning of the soffit panels (which he did) and it looked good as new. Since it ended up being a straightforward job, he didn't even charge me, even though he took the time to drive out and fix the issue. Will definitely be using this company for any of my roofing issues moving forward. 10/10 would recommend!

If you have a small job, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, the miscommunication, lack of respect and blatant lies were impossible. I just told them to forget it. And a friend had recommended Green development. The day finally came when I could commit to the project, so I called Dana for an estimate. I was assigned to work with Liroy . Because of the substantial money involved and having never done this before, I had lots of questions and concerns. He patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns -- sometimes more than once! No doubt I was a nervous consumer. I signed the contract and the wait began. But finally I got the call that the customized doors and windows were ready to install. Then Joe and Pacheco arrived to begin work. What skillful, knowledgeable, competent, and considerate workers! They worked methodically and steadily. They came across a few problems but in every case resolved them and the windows and doors fit perfectly. And they covered furniture and belongings with plastic and swept and vacuumed after completing each window, door, or room. The result is beautiful. And of course secure. And I couldn't be happier with the design of the windows and doors and how well they fit. They left me with only minor touch-up painting to do. I give Green Development and its staff a 5-star rating.
