I went here to get my nails done for a school formal- it took about two hours to get a full set of acrylic nails, which started cracking on the sides within two days (something I have never experienced). The end result was even more horrifying. The cracks on my thumb nail caught on my clothing and completely ripped up my nail (my natural as well as acrylic). I ended up having to cut some skin from my thumb in an attempt to remove the mess. Normally I would rule this as some sort of freak accident- I am rather clumsy- but it happened a SECOND time to my other thumb. They say beauty is pain but this is nowhere NEAR worth it. Ridiculous.

Never again. My friend had her toe cut then I had my finger cut. It took a long time to stop bleeding, then it became badly infected and oozing pus. One of the ladies then moved on to give my friend a manicure and she cut her nails down to the quick. I have mani pedis every 2 weeks and I have never had such an awful experience. Horrible experience. Horrible staff.
