It is now Glovis not Gaps anymore. Just a name change. I love working here, it is a fast pace company that process the new cars Kia and Hyundai. You learn a lot. The people here are nice. The supervisor Juan is a great supervisor to work under he has great communication skills, value the employees understands their worth and treats them accordingly. Juan is coach /mentor of wisdom, knowledge and experience with the employees. Juan helps them perform better. Juan has positive attitude, we have meetings (on both shifts) every day he tells us the good the bad and the ugly in the production. Which is good shows where are strengths are and where we need to focus more to push a great product out. Criticize constructively when mistakes happen. Juan will try and reasons and find out the cause behind the mistake and criticizes or assesses the employee in proportion to the mistake Juan give constructive feedback, show them the right way to do things. Juan takes care of his employees and he does tell us what a great job we do or what we mess up on. To me this is great plus. Most people only hear the bad. Juan always appraises what good work we do and bad. I have seen Juan help others that are struggling to get them on the right track (the right job). This supervisor needs to be recognized for his work. read more
