Once I was able to return to face-to-face visits it has helped; and I have nearly lost the weight I gained back. Lana is truly my inspiration and I am finding staying on the plan much easier this second time around. I enjoy some Profile food more than other items. I try to mix it up and keep an open mind. They are good at teaching you the way they want you to do the punching and kicks. I don't really like the lighter free-standing bags as I have done a lot of work with heavy wall-mounted bags. In total, my actual program costs more than doubled due to the additional required snack and supplement purchases. Slim repair weeks are required every 6 weeks and you must buy their shake mix which sells for over $100. They force you to pay for everything upfront even before they create your personalized plan. Then they make you come back to sign the contract which puts all of the liability on you. You are not allowed to try out products, make exchanges or returns. During the three required visits each week the nutritionists hard sell you on all their other products. Nutritionists will say things like "you must purchase two Thermo-Snacks a week" but there are only 5 servings in a box so you end up heaving to purchase more. Finally, I have lost weight and met my goals on this program, but the underhanded tactics and over-inflated costs are NOT worth it!
