He did an amazing job on that and the quality and service was excellent. When I moved into a new house in Visalia, he was extremely responsive, and was able resolve the issue in under an hour at a competitive price. Fast forward to yesterday. The house i'm at in Visalia, the A/C unit started hot air so I called Joe and he remembered me from our previous business which was extremely impressive in itself. He showed up this afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and the unit was working again in under two hours. Before he left we talked about my life during the last two decades, remembered I was a banker, and remembered putting in the new unit on my house in Tulare in 2003. Not only is his memory exceptional, but he is professional, polite, and his service is top notch at a competitive price. This man is the one to call for all of your HVAC needs. Thanks again Joe for maintaining my faith in good honest businesses that still exist. Godspeed!

I called at 7:00 PM (after hours) and left a message. Robert called me back right away and offered to come out the same evening. He also offered to bring me a generator so I could keep my essential appliances running. It wasn't a dire emergency so Robert said he would be at my house first thing in the morning. He showed up at the time he said he would and triaged the damage I did. He could have charged me an arm and a leg for a new panel but luckily he had a spare that he had back at his shop. He had me back up and running before breakfast and was super reasonable. I highly recommend Reen Electric and will not hesitate to call them again when I screw something else up.

Ryan, the service guy, called me a couple of hours later and said he could do the job today. A while later he called again to let me know he was deep into another job and expected it would be 2 or 3 hours before he could get to me. Two hours later, he called again saying he was on his way. Long story short, he snaked the sewer line no muss or fuss. Informed me that the line was in bad shape and should be replaced when I could and even gave an estimate of the likely cost. My drains are flowing smoothly now and I am very happy I called this company. I'll likely have them replace that sewer line when I can manage it. They charged a very reasonable price and got the job done quickly.

I called late in the afternoon on Monday requesting an estimate. They were able to schedule me for a Tuesday noon. I was texted Tuesday morning confirming my appt, the agent called me to let me know he was on his way (20 min out), his call was followed up by a text message letting me know he was on his way and a picture of the agent was sent for ID verification. The agent wore a mast and shoe coverings during his entire visit. He explained what he was going to do and what I could expect during his visit. The agent was very polite and professional. He did an inspection on the roof and in the attic as he had previously explained. Once he was done with his inspection he sat down and showed me the pictures of his findings both on the roof and in the attic and meticulously explained in great detail what I was looking at, their function and his recommendations. He provided me with information about the company, my options if I were to chose Comfort NOW, my options for a new unit, cost, earliest date they wereand finance options. Due to their professionalism and customer service, I signed a contract and have hired Comfort NOW to install a new AC unit. **UPDATE** New AC unit installed and I'm thrilled with the professionalism of all 3 gentlemen that did the install. I was sent a text message with a picture of the technicians doing the install and approximate time of arrival. They arrived at 8:00AM introduced themselves, reviewed what they would be doing and what I could expect and timeline. Tarps were laid down inside since the had to access the attic. When work was completed I was shown pictures of everything they did, reviewed the check off list, they vacuumed all my carpets, cleaned up all debris, showed me how to operate the new thermostat and gave me the opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns etc. I was contacted later in the evening via text asking if I was satisfied with the work completed. Contacted the day after to see if I had any questions. Customer service is really awesome, you can't go wrong with this team.
