Now they're trying to charge me for it again not realizing that they had already supposedly done the service. They've put myself, my family and everyone else on the road at risk by allowing my brakes to rot and they refuse to make it right! A garaged vehicle that has a little over 10k miles since the last brake install should NOT need new brakes if they were done or done correctly in the first place. They also lied about the warranty because I checked with Mopar BEFORE I talked to the tech. I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years but never again!

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Victory Park Motors deserves to be shared…read more I first visited the dealership about a year ago when I was shopping for a Mercedes-AMG G63. During that visit, I found the staff to be rude, dismissive, and at times condescending. I decided to keep looking elsewhere. Recently, I drove by and noticed they still had the G63s on the lot, so I called simply to ask the asking price. The information displayed on the vehicle only showed the original window sticker and MSRP from when the vehicle was sold new, not the current selling price. I greeted the person on the phone by saying "Good morning" three separate times and never received a greeting in return. Instead of answering a simple question from a legitimate customer, the call was ended before I could even get the price. I am a business owner myself, and I understand the importance of treating every customer with respect. You never know who is ready to buy a vehicle, and basic courtesy costs nothing. I wasn't looking for special treatment--just the asking price and a professional conversation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of the way I was treated both in person and over the phone, I will be purchasing my G-Wagon elsewhere.

I was not in the market for an Outback, yet my 6' 1" frame was not fitting in the newer SUV driver wells as I had in my 2010 Ford Escape, not even the Forester. That's when Craig Enslin approached me about an Outback. He asked a few qualifying questions about 2021s versus older used models. He then drove up a beauty of a previous TriCity Sales customer 2017 Outback used car with 27K miles. It was pristine inside and out with not even front hood road chips. I took a drive and fell for the car; their final price and the trade-in on my Escape made it spectacular! Forward to my first free oil change and inspection. Perfect! Now I wanted to add Starlink Service. They did the 3G to 5G upgrade - No Charge as a goodwill courtesy. I don't get goodwill out of most car dealers these days, yet I did here! Be patient, be thorough, and find a great group of people who will work with you; that's what I found at TriCity.

The salesman Ben was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure bull crap, just quick answers to all my initial questions with no foxy pauses to consult with the manager or finance team. I felt like I was working with a neighbor and that he was on my side. I even decided to consider a second vehicle mid-negotiations and Ben was great about it and listened carefully to my concerns that I was worried about a 2-wheel drive car in New England winters. We landed on the Sonata and I took it for a test drive. My initial impressions of the car were very high. But 4 days and 400 miles later I am in love with the car. I have been fortunate enough to own many expensive vehicles in my lifetime including the truck I also presently own which is a high luxury vehicle costing over 3 times the price of my Sonata. I can say so far that at any price the Sonata is one of the most comfortable and best performing vehicles I have owned. It is very futuristic. The interior especially feels like a gaming cockpit and the seats are as comfortable as any expensive gaming chair. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
