I cannot recommend Craig Paulson highly enough!…read more I was going through a very challenging personal situation when I started my apartment search, and Craig treated me with immense kindness, empathy, and respect from day one. He went above and beyond to show me a lovely apartment in Brooklyn--complete with a private backyard--owned by a wonderful mother-and-son landlord team. But what truly set Craig apart was his dedication: he was quick in responding to communications and stuck with me through the entire application process, guiding me through every detail until the keys were in my hand. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned a stressful time into a successful move. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. If you need a real estate broker who is not only dedicated and sharp but truly cares about his clients as human beings, look no further than Craig Paulson!

She helped contact agents for openings, got us set up for tours, and went above and beyond by giving us local recommendations for all the things we loved. Even after she helped me find my apartment and I signed the lease, she delivered my documents and check to my new landlord since I was busy at the time. With her knowledge of the NY real estate market and ability to get things done for her clients, we can't recommend her enough!

Parker Towers -- Unsafe Conditions and Serious Structural Concerns…read more 104-40 Queens Blvd, Gramercy Building Living at Parker Towers has become a nightmare. What was once marketed as a "luxury community" is now a construction zone riddled with safety issues. The building shows visible structural cracks inside the walls and ceilings, and residents have been left to deal with the fallout while management and ownership pretend it's all fine. The ongoing construction has caused vibrations, dust, and damage throughout the building. Health and safety violations are being overlooked, and there's zero transparency from management about the impact of this work on the building's stability. Residents who report problems get brushed off or ignored. For the amount of rent charged here, this is completely unacceptable. Parker Towers needs an independent structural inspection and accountability from ownership (Blackstone) before something worse happens. Until then, I strongly advise anyone considering moving in: don't. The cracks aren't just in the walls -- they're in the way this place is being run.

After 4 Years in The Alexander building Rego Park my husband and I wanted to change our…read moreneighborhood. We started to look at other areas and luxury buildings in various parts of the City. What was so surprising is the amount of so many bad reviews about management and staff in other luxury buildings. I have never thought about that because in four years here in The Alexander we have never experienced anything negative!!! It is why I decided to write this review as they deserve good recognition for a great building which enhances our quality of life. The Alexander building is in great location surrounded with various type of restaurants and groceries. In its complex has Aldi, Costco, IKEA, At home, TJ-Max, Marshall's, Burlington, Bed Bath and Beyond and lots of others. It has s huge parking garage which offer residents a monthly discount. All that including s building is perfectly clean and Well managed. All of the staff Are more than friendly and helpful. They would 'jump' to help on any smallest demand. During this 4 years we had few small not important issues that were solved immediately when I reported them. It happened once I met one of the staff members in the elevator and saw A/C filters which he was changing in the apartments. I asked him if he can change them in my apartment and he came immediately. They clean and wash carpets in halls regularly, recycling room is perfectly clean all the time, gym and community rooms too. We have on the 7th floor outside deck with showers and sunning chairs and BBQ area. All that is in perfect shape and clean. There is also a nice library and children's room with toys for kids. It is more than home to us. What is also very important we feel safe here. When I talk with other tenants they share the same opinion. After 3 months of researching other luxury buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn this one stays No1. Many thanks to our resident building manager Danny F and his staff for truley making the Alexander at Rego Park our home! I highly recommended this luxury building to everyone. Lilana

Avoid renting or staying at this building at all costs!!!…read more You won't get back your security deposit in full amount!!! I regret moving in there without doing my due diligence of researching about the other tenants reviews and experiences! I just moved out a month ago and stayed there only a year because of many bad experiences with management! 1. Staffs are not professional including the executive manager. 2. The handyman has no manner or professionalism at all. He would bang on your door instead of ringing the bell. He won't let you talk but gave you choices this or that instead of trying to understand the situation and the tenant's availability. He is a handyman but he would act lIke's the owner. His behaviors are very rude and disrespectful. He needs to understand that he is getting paid with with the tenant's rent money. Tenants are his indirect bosses! 3. Even if you reported and complained to building manager, resident manager and executive, they won't even flinched and give a shit about it. Why? You're already tied to the lease and they won't let you break the lease, you still have to pay rent until lease is up. So they have nothing to lose. 4. I had issue with the apartment itself and they can't and won't help you with any issue. Said, It would be your responsibility. It's their building and they are the ones who's managing it and understand it's structures. If any issue with apartment, you'll be on your own
