My car broke down while I was a good distance away from home, and in the middle of the night, as a…read morewoman traveling alone being stuck in a situation like that can be very scary. When the tow came for me and my car the man was very kind and considerate, he had me pull up the directions on my phone to the mechanic so that I knew where we were the entire time. Then he stayed with me at the mechanic's shop until I finished talking to the mechanic and I told him that I was good on my own. He said to me, "Well lock your car doors until your ride gets here. It's a well lit area and the people here are kind so I'm not too worried but you can never be too careful." That kindness and consideration for my safety and my own mental well-being is very rare and made a very difficult night so much easier. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its workers.
