I was quoted roughly $900 for the total work, which I initially accepted since I am preparing to move to Maryland and wanted my car fully serviced. After leaving the shop, I did some price comparisons with other service providers and found more affordable options for certain services. I called back to remove the brake flush and rear rotor replacement from the order. That decision itself was not my main issue. My concern was with the checkout experience. My name was called, the price was stated, and my keys were left on the counter rather than handed to me.
