After speaking with him, I learned that I was paying far more than I should have been, so not only did he save me hundreds of dollars, but he also explained to me, in a way that I could understand, what specifically I needed and why. I switched over all 3 of my policies (rental, auto and umbrella) to State Farm and I look forward to having an agent that I know that I can trust.

Her behavior of threatening to force me to hold and actually doing it, declining my requests to be transferred to a manager and hanging up the phone is unacceptable. I've been using Geico ever since I bought my car, but they were unable to upgrade my policy, so I began looking elsewhere. Once I got in touch with Joe, it didn't feel like getting teeth pulled anymore. When you call, a very friendly receptionist answers the phone, unlike most automated answering machines at other insurance companies. She'll send you over to Joe, and you'll always be on the phone with a real person. What's great about Joe is that he's not salesy. He's very consulting, and always looks for the best way to save you money. He found a way to create an umbrella policy for me so that I could have my required auto policy that I need for work, and also covered me for renter's insurance for practically nothing. I can't recommend him enough.

I highly recommend Walter Judd for your insurance needs. Last year I had two daughters with very…read moredifferent profiles who needed health insurance. I had previously signed them up on the health exchange, but as their circumstances had changed, it was unclear what to do for the upcoming year. I contacted Walter and he spent an entire afternoon at our house asking questions and going over options that would provide them each with necessary care at the most affordable price. He answered all of our questions and was NOT at all pushy in terms of trying to make us select a high end plan. In the case of one of my daughters, who has needed very little medical care, we selected a high deductible/low cost plan. Walter suggested we consider a very low cost non-health exchange plan that would provide care in case of an emergency until my daughter met her high deductible. After learning more about that plan, we decided it was well worth it and signed on. Since then, Walter has kept us apprised of useful health-related information through his email newsletter and, when we have had questions, he has responded within a day of our reaching out. Most recently, I contacted him to ask whether a move from one state to another requires my daughter to close her plan on one exchange and open it on another. As it turns out, she won't have to do that because she isn't moving until year's end, but Walter told me he would touch base with us in November to get the ball rolling for 2017 sign-up, just to be sure he will have room on his schedule to talk with us before sign-up. in sum, we have been very pleased with our dealings Walter. He is professional, yet friendly, can explain complicated insurance rules to people with no background in insurance, does not try to push products on you, and is absolutely responsive when you have a question or concern. You will enjoy working with him.
