My wife and I rented a 14"…read moretruck for a few days to make a 17 hour drive from Miami/Jacksonville too louisville as we grabbed items from 2 storage units and close them out. Day 1 the truck "Oil" light went off. We stopped to check the oil level to find that there was not enough oil to baptise a knot and oh yeah there was zero power steering as well. So we had to purchase 3 bottles or 5W/30 and a bottle of power steering to continue our trip. Once we got the truck loaded the back tire somehow developed a slow leak causing us to stop 8($3.00 each time) times to add air to the back drivers tire otherwise we would have to wait 2 hours for a different truck which meant unloading the one we had and reloading the replacement. The shocks on the truck was another issue. EVERY pothole, and rock we crossed we hit the roof. Shocks clearly cost them a quarter. Finally by God's grace me made it home. Trip total time frame went from 17 hours to 23. We NEVER use Budget EVER Again. So ghetto

Easy to pick up, great space for a larger move, clean vehicle and easy to drop off. They have a lock box outside for after hours to leave key and paperwork. My young son was especially pumped at how the lift worked for loading items and getting them level with the truck bed.
