They went back one week later and had an MRI with contrast, which showed only the one mass near my cerebellum, no other spots. The good news was that it's in a good spot for a somewhat simple removal. Then, I had to go back for a 3rd set of scans using CT contrast on pelvis, abdomen, and lungs to check for cancer. Good news again, all clear, no cancer! Making appointments was super easy with their team, and they are very well organized and professional, and imo the main thing, kind. They gave me a CD with the images for each scan after the tests and sent over the reports to my neurologist within about 2 hours. My doctor called me instantly to go over the results. One last thing I am terrified of needles, so I was afraid of the IV PROCESS and butterfly needle with contrast as well. Both people who administered the contrast were amazing and gentle, and my experience was great. I highly recommend this facility. So, from a major scare to possibly now a small operation, I am feeling a lot less stressed.

Hill's machine was amazing! I had plenty of room inside and because the machine is so short, my head was actually part way out of the machine. I had headphones with music and the technician talked me through the thing as we were doing it. It was just a super easy experience. So if you need an MRI, this seems like a great place to do it. (I checked in ahead of time too, online, so there wasn't anything to do when I got there except sign one form, and they took me quickly even though I was early.)

Where things completely fell apart was the follow-up and customer service. A few days later, I received a letter from Huntington-Hill Breast & Imaging Centers saying I needed additional imaging and to call their number to schedule. Naturally, that was stressful to read -- getting a callback after a mammogram is scary. But when I tried to follow the instructions, their phone/AI system was awful to get through. After being transferred around and spending way too much time on hold, I was finally told that they don't even do the test the letter told me to schedule there. Instead, I had to call my doctor to be referred somewhere else. This made no sense to me. Why send a letter directing patients to call you to schedule if you can't actually perform the recommended imaging? It feels careless, especially considering how stressful breast health follow-ups already are. To make matters worse, when I spoke to a staff member, she said she had no control over the letters. I get that it's not her fault personally, but the system is broken -- and patients end up paying the price in stress and wasted time. Overall, the in-person visit was fine, but the communication and phone experience were really disappointing. If you're going to send out official medical letters, they need to be accurate and align with what your office can actually provide.

There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big, but the lot does get full very quickly since they share the lot with a lot of medical offices. Some parking spots are smaller than others, so watch out! Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, informative, and funny. Seriously, from the receptionists to the MRI techs, everyone was phenomenal. I like how the MRI techs walk you through what you'll experience before the exam starts. They also have a changing room / locker room for you to change and leave your stuff in. They have a nice mini waiting room inside with a bathroom and water dispenser once you exit the main waiting room. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum, but they charge 3% if you use your credit card.

In October 2024 (2 years after service), I received a notice from Collections for a bill we owed…read more Turns out, the billing department tried to send us the bill three times to the same wrong address. This facility staff couldn't be bothered to pick up a phone one time during the 2 years to follow-up with me regarding my bill. I called them, they said we owe them money because our insurance denied their claim. I called insurance to find out why it was denied, and they said they never received the claim submittal. I refused to play the back-and-forth game, and did a three-way call between this facility and my insurance. The billing supervisor Gus insists he submitted the paperwork while the insurance company insists they never received it. Regardless, the insurance company strong-armed Gus into agreeing that this was something between the insurance company and themselves, and that we shouldn't be billed for their mistake (bill to wrong address, no claim submittal or wrongfully denied). It took up several hours of my time and multiple explanations of the same thing to different people, but I thought this was cleared. A few days ago (Feb 2025), I received another notice from collections. I called them to explain that this should have been dropped, and they immediately play hard-ball, insisting that I pay or they'll take me to court. I finally ask the "right" question - who do I need to talk to in order to get this dropped. Turns out Gus has to call them to drop this. I contact my insurance again, they tell me to ask Gus for proof of the insurance claim submittal. I call Gus again to ask for the proof, and he still insists he submitted the paperwork, but I'm guessing he can't find a copy of it (probably never even did it) and finally tells me that he will contact collections to get this dropped. Not once during any of this was there an apology for the inconvenience and waste of my time.

I am a high risk patient and I was told I have to be checked every six months. And when you call the number nobody answers the phone. Just recording saying they're the best. Very frustrating. They advertise they are number one facility. Arcadia is an affluent community. It's a shame the service here is so bad. I can give it a zero if I could. I will never , never go back to this place. I just hope I don't get a bad diagnosis. This place is so bad. And I heard I'm not the only one complaining. Very sad. Edit : I just spoke with Leila (director) of the center. She was apologetic. I really appreciate it very much that she reached out to me. I know it's not their fault. This is the first time that this happened. I explained to her it was out of frustration but talking to her at least made me feel we as patients are able to express ourselves. Staff are actually great .
