If I could give more than five stars, I would. I live in California and was entitled to a scheduled…read moreaward for a double knee replacement while working at the post office. I couldn't find any doctor in California who provided the 6th edition impairment rating required by the DOL. I knew of a couple of places out of state, but you had to travel to them, plus they made you jump through hoops before they'd schedule an appointment! I was close to buying a plane ticket when my union called referring me to this facility. They said it was done remotely. I was skeptical but what did I have to lose? From the moment I called Meals & Tolar, they took care of everything. I think I paid $75 for them to organize my records for me rather than do it myself. It was worth every penny. Other than that, I never paid a dime. They sent me to a local physical therapist for the actual exam, and then I had a phone interview with Dr. Brien James. He couldn't have been nicer! At the end he told me he would submit the report to DOL, but warned me that it could take up to six moths to get my SA depending on whether it's accepted, denied or they want more info. I was shocked when in less than a month there was a mystery deposit in my account. I went on the ECOMP website and saw that my claim was accepted and that was my first payment, which would continue for the next two and a half years. The amount far exceeded what I was expecting! So if you're looking for an impairment rating, I'd highly recommend Meals & Tolar! You won't regret it!

I love my doctor. I saw her at a meeting this morning and told her about my headache from hell…read more She told me to just stop by her office and let her take my blood pressure. My BP was perfect and she gave me a shot in the booty that has made me feel better and called me in a muscle relaxer she wants me to take before I go to bed tonight. She is such a caring little doll, plus she is so much fun to be around. If you happen to be looking for a medical doctor I really recommend going with MDVIP Dr. Lee Meals. She doesn't run the typical practise that runs you through like cattle. You never have to wait and you always actually talk to her. She gives you her cell phone number! Good luck with that if you go to any other doctor in Paducah!

Yes! Open for walking in this Saturday of a long holiday weekend! July 4th weekend was pretty low…read morekey for us. My son needed immediate care and I could not wait until Monday to see his primary pediatrician. Plus, we are new to this area and this clinic was very close to the hotel we're staying for the week! From walking in, checking in to seeing the nurse and doc and walking out after seeing the doctor, the whole experience was top notch! I felt like they cared for my son (& addressed all of my concerns). Fast forward to yesterday and today, I did not hesitate to take him back here for an injury to his finger and fever. In a pinch, you can make an appointment and check in online. Then, when ready, you get a text to go inside and avoid waiting in the waiting area. I did walk in and sit to wait to get him, but it was not long at all. Maybe 5 minutes, then into the triage room, and another 5-10 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor. Great bedside manner and excellent with young kiddos! I must give a shout out to Ms. Dixon, PA, PA-C for her candid responses to my intrusive questioning. Haha. Also, thanks to Dr. Spencer for also being gentle with my little guy. He confirmed an ear infection ... how often does an ear infection have to occur for it to be "recurring" and "chronic"?! I forgot to ask the doctor because I was just so happy to get my little one diagnosed and start meds to heal the infection. Too bad they don't have primary Pediatricians at this location. It is a definite go-to clinic for our family.

We had COVID symptoms so I looked for a place to go. Found this Urgent Care on Yelp and called…read morethem. They said "walk ins only". Went the next morning at 9am, checked in, filled out brief questionnaire, waited about 10 minutes and was seen by nurse and doctor. We were in and out in an hour. Friendly staff and efficient. We had COVID and they sent a Rx down the road to a Walmart (we were on vacation from out of town) got our meds and were on our way.
