We walk to the back where the used cars are and you can tell by our salesman demeanor the truck isn't there. Acts as if he is calling his manager to find out where the Chevy Colorado is at , only for him to tell us that they had sold it this afternoon. He drove a hour and half away to look. The least he could have done was text and call and say hey we sold the truck FYI. The manager did try to make it right by filling our tank up with 10% ethanol gas (which I don't use in my car) so couldn't do anything to help. Thanks but no thanks!

No call by 11am, and I get an email from the internet sales manager making sure I was taken care of. Call his cell and tell him what's up. He says he'll have Jesus call me. No call. Fast forward to Tuesday evening at 7pm. Jesus calls and asks if he missed a call from me. I told him no. He asked if I needed anything. I said no at that point as it was already dark and I really wanted him to look at a few things on the car. He then texts me to ask if I had filled out a credit app. I've been in sales for decades, and I've not seen a situation mismanaged this badly in a long time. I guess they're so busy that you can be an absolute liability as a salesperson and still make a living. I'll take my business elsewhere.
