I found a truck I liked and placed a deposit to secure it. The dealership attempted to arrange financing but was unsuccessful. After that, I informed them that I had my own lender ready and asked my salesperson to hold the truck until the next day so my lender could reach out. Instead of honoring that agreement, they sold the truck to someone else without informing me. The next day, when I followed up, I was told the truck was already in the process of being sold to another customer. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I understand that salespeople are motivated by profit, but basic communication and integrity should still matter. In this case, neither was shown. It's clear that customer service and long-term reputation are not a priority here. If you value honesty, transparency, and professionalism, I recommend looking elsewhere.

False promises of "tomorrow" we will have your truck done. HA laughable it was never tomorrow. They couldn't even diagnose the truck correctly to get it running. They broke a new light bar on our truck and didn't even want to make it right instead they bent it back as if that makes it better? To make matters worse they broke more things on the truck which then all of a sudden "blew our motor" and it definatly wasn't their fault. HA so after spending almost $17,000 just to get the truck back from this nightmare of a shop they are. They ended up blowing the motor so now what we spent there was a waste and now I am out more money. Oh and the customer service. Probably the worst I have ever seen. I think their entire staff needs to go school on how to treat PAYING customers. They are RUDE. They do not like being questioned as to what is going on with your truck. I wonder why? Once you ask too many questions they simply hang up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY!!!

Charles gave me an awesome and fair deal on my vehicle being traded in. I drove up from Frisco on a Monday, Chris stayed late as I had some issues with my original loan. I asked to come back the next day as it was getting late. On Tuesday I drove back up and dropped off my truck and the loan, and I drove off in my new 2015 ford f-250. I received the truck back on July 24, 2024 with a bill for $391.21. The diagnosis provided was that they found nothing wrong beyond maybe an alignment. Because I've been driving 15 years I suspected that this was incorrect and along with money wasted, pretty much an unarmed robbery: I went to TAT Express, and Levi Truck Stop to be fair and received disturbing news. They stated that this company's actions were reckless and that the vehicle has a driveshaft that is loose beyond DOT limits and that the Kingpins are at 60 THOUSANDST and that it was a simple diagnosis and that with the proper equipment it would have only taken less than 30 minutes. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs, The AG of TX and filing a FRAUD complaint. I cannot begin to express the disappointment and disgust I feel at this moment, as I went to them in good faith and instead came face to face with a common thief!

I got good service up until I bought the car, then the salesman was so busy he obviously didn't remember asking me to bring the car in 3 days after buying it to address any problems I had with the car. So I had to bring it back in another day and wait 90 minutes to have a 5 minute maintenance fix on it. I was also pitched the extended warranty protection which I indicated right off that I wasn't interested in but felt obligated to sit through. All in all, like I said earlier, it was the usual experience. It was back and forth with the salesman going to ask his manager what kind of trade in value and small discount he could offer. Does anyone else get tired of that bs? I was told previously they had new management and sales persons, and give them a chance. Same old, same old as I have come to expect at Brad Fenton. Now that patriot owns it I was hoping to see an improvement with maintenance, so after getting coupons in the mail I took it in. When I had a flat out of town I couldn't find the key for the lug nuts on each wheel. When Fenton aligned it they didn't put it back in the glovebox so I had to twist it off with a pipe wrench that would barely fit on it and ruined the damn thing. I gave the girl in service the damaged nut so she could look for the key if it was in maintenance or ask someone to take a look. She wrote down the other two maintenance items and said they would clean it up inside and out too. Two out of 4 isn't any better than Fenton, she lost the lug nut and the car wasn't clean at all. They were closing so I just left, hopefully I can find a better dealer when I get a truck. I got a little aggression out twisting off the other three lug nuts at home though...lol
