Was told both times nothing was wrong with it. 3 days later the car completely locks up on me and won't do anything at all. Lots of faulty things going on. Not to mention luckily it was caught that the tires they sold it to me with had thread showing. They did replace those. The car was FILTHILY & never detailed. Headlights didn't work. Brakes were in and out. Alarms were randomly going off. Sunroof leaked. I never had any paperwork that I signed. no title. Asked multiple times and still nothing. so they are making it as a repossession because they have to pick the vehicle up & I refuse to do business. I do not recommend at all.

I had the usual car dealership experience I have come to expect from Brad Fenton. The salesman…read morewasn't familiar with the car he sold me. (It was a new model so I will give him a pass on not knowing everything about it.) I got good service up until I bought the car, then the salesman was so busy he obviously didn't remember asking me to bring the car in 3 days after buying it to address any problems I had with the car. So I had to bring it back in another day and wait 90 minutes to have a 5 minute maintenance fix on it. I was also pitched the extended warranty protection which I indicated right off that I wasn't interested in but felt obligated to sit through. All in all, like I said earlier, it was the usual experience. It was back and forth with the salesman going to ask his manager what kind of trade in value and small discount he could offer. Does anyone else get tired of that bs? I was told previously they had new management and sales persons, and give them a chance. Same old, same old as I have come to expect at Brad Fenton. Now that patriot owns it I was hoping to see an improvement with maintenance, so after getting coupons in the mail I took it in. When I had a flat out of town I couldn't find the key for the lug nuts on each wheel. When Fenton aligned it they didn't put it back in the glovebox so I had to twist it off with a pipe wrench that would barely fit on it and ruined the damn thing. I gave the girl in service the damaged nut so she could look for the key if it was in maintenance or ask someone to take a look. She wrote down the other two maintenance items and said they would clean it up inside and out too. Two out of 4 isn't any better than Fenton, she lost the lug nut and the car wasn't clean at all. They were closing so I just left, hopefully I can find a better dealer when I get a truck. I got a little aggression out twisting off the other three lug nuts at home though...lol

We were vacationing at Lake Murray on a Saturday and I had a problem with my Accord. I called to see if someone could help me, (it was a minor issue, but huge for me) they said bring it in and we'll see what they could do. I asked them what time they closed. It was about an hour before they would be closing. I said I'm on my way. When I got there we were greeted right away. There was someone ahead of us, but they were so cordial. The three gentlemen that I'd like to command on a service well done are Andrew, Isaac and most important was Derek that worked on my car. Y'all are my heroes and I wanted to thank Ryan the service manager for giving me a call back as well. It was like a hometown greeting I was not expecting. I live in Dallas Texas. We visit there and now Honda of Ardmore y'all to me feel like family. Thank you so much for helping and kindness.

What a terrible experience from beginning to end, and if you look at my yelp profile, I typically…read moredo not write that reviews. I would even give people the benefit of the doubt if I tried it one time and it didn't work out. Prior to driving to the facility to look at the car we had been discussing for a week, the salesperson was constantly in contact with us, and he couldn't wait to see us on Saturday, blah blah blah, and that turned out to be the complete opposite. We even communicated the night before And the day of to let them know that we were coming to essentially go ahead and purchase the car Saturday. Now mind you coming all the way from St. Louis Missouri is about an 8 Hour Dr. but the car was such a good deal and it was at a dealership which has questionable excellent reviews on Google that don't match the reviews on here However, we decided to give it a shot anyway. Upon arrival, the salesperson that promised that he'd be there wasn't even there and they gave us another person which he was great however, the experience was not. We were told that the car was sold and that they couldn't hold it without a deposit however when we offered to give a deposit to hold the vehicle, they said they weren't able to do that so it was very contradicting. To have someone drive that far and not offer them something even equivalent is crazy. So then they brought the Manager out who pretty much had no sympathy really and offered to try to get us a similar deal for a similar car and said he had quite a few cars that he could show. Well, the salesman I believe his name was Deonne brought around all the cars that the Manager suggested but he could tell that we were very angry. The audacity to bring these cars around that hadn't even been cleaned or inspected. They all had engine lights on. They were filthy on the inside just something wrong with each and every one of them. Now as a car dealership, why would you try to sell someone something That doesn't even look like it should be on the lot obviously they are in the back for a reason. And I just think the integrity of the worker was great, but the integrity of the Manager was just to get a car off the lot.
