I bought car at this garage and all seems to be nicely handled. Once I got home 150 miles away from the garage I had a diesel spill pipe leak. I got 1 month warranty for parts and labour. Well I have called them and said I will cover labour and they will cover part cost. They have agreed as it would be of benefit to me not driving 150miles and for them no to pay for labour or time.... So I got this part replaced. While replacing this part I have noticed that one of the injectors is slightly leaking. So I phoned them again saying I want to come down to get this fix as it could cost too much and I don't want to pay for labour etc... And guess what they have said? NO!!! And reason was that someone else was looking at the car!?!? After they have agreed to it? They have no T&C for Warranty, it is only written on the invoice "One month parts & labour warranty"! Still waiting for a cheque for first broken part! Big disappointment and will not be using again. read more
