While the project extended beyond either of our expectations, it wasn't A-1 that failed, it was the previous installer using subpar materials. So much time was spent to correct and turn it back to a wow factor. I'd highly recommend A-1 and would love to share before and after pics to anyone on the fence. ABSOLUTELY HATE MY KITCHEN NOW. When they removed the tape, the paint came off and they could care less. Had them return months later to fix issues - brush hairs in paint, flaking, paint drips -- still looks horrible and trying to save money to have somebody else repaint. For what it costs it should have been perfect. They had no respect for my furniture or anything. They also stained the bathroom cabinets which turned out a bit better but stain not lasting. I have emailed and waiting to hear back on the 5 year warranty. FIND SOMEBODY ELSE

Unfortunately, none of our expectations in these four areas were met. Lots of details, but to summarize- project timeline not met, cleanliness of project not as promised, communication/follow-up was poor. The worst part was when these concerns were communicated to the project manager nothing was resolved to our satisfaction. Each issue that we communicated was met with a weak response (excuse), and no additional solution or correction was proposed. Would not recommend.
