It seems like every "window replacement" company out there refuses to just cut and install a new pane, even though doing so is one step in the process of total window replacement. Thankfully, Joe's Glass offers this service, and at a reasonable price. It took a couple weeks to get someone out to get me a quote, but once he arrived, the assessment was quick and pane-less. Afterward, a new window was ordered, cut and installed within two weeks. We were fortunate that this incident happened in the summer, as we've had virtually no rain for the month and a half it took to locate, schedule and execute a solution to our pane-ful problem. If it had been any other season, I probably would have been significantly more irritated and impatient. In regards to professionalism, price, promptness, and quality of work, Joe's Glass excels in all of these things. If all you need is some replacement glass, they're one of the few companies in the Portland area who will take on the job, and for that, I am eminently grateful.
