I also had a rosary hanging from my rearview mirror. This was broken and I was never told about it. They did reimburse me when I reached out. However, when I complained about the glass, they Said That was what I was going to be stuck with. Overall, a terrible experience. They did what they wanted and then told me about it afterwards. Terrible.
