Had a positive experience at Glass Etc. I needed to get a new screen for my kitchen window and replace part of the frame. I originally went to Home Depot and I would have had to buy a screen, the tools to fix it, and buy a new frame which would have definitely cost a lot more than what I spent. Junior helped me and he was really nice and professional. They were able to fix the frame and screen in a day and at a very reasonable price. read more

I reached out to get a quote and the person on the phone was very polite. They gave me a quote which I immediately issued a PO. After a week of not hearing anything, I emailed them back. No response. I called multiple times with no answer. Our customer has been waiting on a piece of replacement glass for over a month. read more

Absolutely do not give these people your business. Glass Etc. didn't finish the job, left us with the window looking like a construction site on the inside. They scheduled a time to finish it, didn't show up, I called and Junior assured me they were coming. They didn't. I called again, he said he'd call back and reschedule. He did that a second time, expressing "surprise" that it still wasn't finished. Now he just ghosts me and ignores my emails. I'm going to have to take this up with our credit card company. It's very weird, because the guys who installed the window were very pleasant and did a good job of mounting it... but what good is it if they don't finish. I hate writing negative reviews when people's livelihood is at stake, but this is just wrong. read more

This company is great! I've purchased two custom shower doors from them. They are professional and understand the technical aspects. My frameless shower door is still working well 7 years later. I just completed another custom door installation done well. I'd come back again! read more

Glass Etc and team came to my newly bought home and replaced over 20 large windows. The team was cordial, professional, and my wife and I were extremely happy with the results. I'd gotten numerous quotes and they came in as the best value as well for both dual pane windows and dual pane glazed windows. Thanks so much team! read more

Exceptional work and service. Great value. Our businesses were broken into 5 times (!) in a 3-month period, and Glass Etc was very helpful in responding quickly, giving options, and we hired them over other providers. And since then have rehired them with each unfortunate break-in and they have been quick and done great work every single time. read more

I needed a new window screen. Took 24 hours to make and was priced at 62$ . Overall quality is good , perfect fit.

Personnel we're all friendly and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

After calling a few glass replacement businesses, I realized that Glass etc. was the only company that had the special dual glaze clear tempered glass needed to replace the broken glass in a sliding wooden door. One company told me that the supply is low for the tempered glass & others only have single glass ones in stock. Glass Etc. not only had the glass but installed it within 1 hour! WASTE OF TIME. SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST. These people will give you a price on the phone then they'll come out and measure - and then give you a price that is HIGHER than what they told you originally EVEN THOUGH you've provided clear measurements of what the job is. It's a SCAM and here's why I say this: 1. The price I was given on the phone was $1,200 all in for a Framless Shower Dooer 58 by 75 with Brush Nicle as the finish. I reconfirmed before hanging up that this was all in including taxes and labor. He said YES. 2. And yet, when the Invoice came in - the Glass Window itself is at $1,127.85 So logically speaking, how can you say on the phone that it's $1,200 all in including taxes and labor if you knew very well based on measurements provided and type of glass door requested that the material alone is already at $1,127.85? 3. If you also knew that you charge labor of $300 - why would you say it's $1,200 to begin with? Such a waste of time. They're going to argue with you that your "walls" are not perfectly straight in the bathroom. Even though it's a brand new construction - why they knew - these guys are doing it on purpose to get you to commit to them coming and wasting your time. PIECE OF ADVICE TO THE OWNER: STOP SAYING YES to every call you get. Instead, be honest, sincere, with your estimate so you don't waste peoples time. read more

Giving them 2 stars based only on the fact that we didn't actually use them and I can't speak to the quality of their work. Our customer service experience however was 1 star. Scheduling someone out to get a quote took some time, once he arrived he measured and then was not able to actually give us a quote, said we'd hear from the office. Waited days for the office to contact us, and then they would not give the quote over the phone, rather called to ask for an email address to email the quote. Once the quote was received it seemed very high, but, we also know the price of things has gone way up and weren't sure it was high, or just more than we expected. When asked the timeline of how long it would take if we went with them it was going to be weeks as they needed to order the glass. Called another local company who had a guy out a day and a half later, did a MUCH more thorough job measuring, gave us a quote on the spot, and said it would take aprox a week from placing the order, ordering and install. And their quote was *substantially* less. Went with the other company. Cherry on top? We get an email from Glass, Etc saying just want you to know this offer is only good for a few more days if you don't book it goes up. Nobody felt friendly, helpful, or like they really wanted our business. Very pleased we looked elsewhere. read more

The process in opening a new business in L.A. , much less Chatsworth is ridiculous! It happened to take us over 3years! We need many walls in mirror, glass shelves, interior and exterior windows, main entry glass high security double doors, not to mention a few other things. I had been shopping around that whole time and when it came down to it none came through. And if they did it was a ridiculous price or they wouldn't any my calls, even better yet not even show up to do the job after we booked them. Just by chance we were driving by the corner of Louise & Roscoe and saw "Glass ETC. As soon as I walked in I was greeted like I was family. The showroom had just enough things in it to get a good feel of the different items they deal with. The can't say enough about the service that i received not only during buildout, even long after they have come out on the smallest thing! I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you've shopped around as I do. There is No way you'll be able to beat their price with their service. Charles Lehman Anytime Fitness read more

These people are incompetent. They send an email confirming an appointment that I never scheduled. Then, they just show up, whenever, and leave their business card stuck in the door. Do they think I don't work? Do they think I just sit at home every single day for weeks (nay, MONTHS!), waiting for them to show up when they happen to be in the area, or they finished their other jobs for the day early? I requested service back in May. Nearly five months later, they still haven't fulfilled my service request. read more
