I've had several bad experiences here. The first one being…read morethey made me stand out in the freezing cold/snow with my kids when I already knew what I wanted. I get that it says visibly no one 18 & under but I was from out of town & that's the only place I knew of. It's just a really inconvenient place for parents with kids. I'm not just gonna leave my kids in the car. The one in Athens allowed me to take my kids in. They need to move the tobacco if that's what they're worried about. If the Athens one can manage it then the Lancaster one should too. Second being as how they keep selling proven defective items. I took one back, they replaced it & it stopped working too. They didn't even bother pulling them off the shelves knowing they are all defective. Never going here again!!

He was very knowledgeable and unlike other shops was not pushy at all and just focused on what I came in there for (aspire k3 coils). He definitely made me feel as though he enjoyed helping me out instead of acting like he's just helping me bc it's his job and he has to, but can't wait for me to leave (unlike other shops). If you can't trust your patrons, build better security or reconfigure your store floor plan. Nothing like a cavity search while shopping for cigars. I'll stick with House of Cigars in Cbus or Smoke on the Water at Buckeye Lake. I'd buy a lot more cigars if I wasn't playing beat the clock every time a patron comes in to buy a vape charge and you have to escort me out. Cigar shopping is like smoking them, it's a process. Stick to vape pens....
